​Dropped my antique armoire putting into the truck and dropped it removing it from truck. It cracked the base. Mike sent someone to my home to give him an estimate to repair. He never repaired it and claims he doesn't know who he sent out to look at it; he never offered to replace it; he never offered to pay for it and claimed he had no insurance for valuable items, just $.70 per pound of weight. I made very, very fair offers in compromise which he rejected. Found my armoire on 1stdibs.com for over $3800-. I insisted that he allow me to see it. I drove over to his warehouse/truck location in Jensen Beach and found it in pieces! NOTHING was together and this measured over six(6) feet long and five(5) feet high with two full doors and mirrors. He told me if I didn't take it he was going to have to charge me $250. monthly for storage. I am now filing a complaint with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. read more

Hired to move things from my Mom's house to mine & then back to her home. Horrible experience. Will be disputing with bank. They were horrible to her, condescending to me...and when I say they, it was Mike Jr. The other 3 men were FANTASTIC! At the end of the day, they could not figure out how to move a 5 piece entertainment unit (that cost upwards of 20k) to my mom's 2nd floor condo...the same unit my 5'2" gf single handedly moved from my house to my garage. Additionally, they said if it wouldn't fit they would take to the dump because no charity would accept it since they say it couldn't fit larger than 42" tv. Another lie. Have since spoken to SEVERAL charities that would have gladly picked it up free of charge. UNREAL!!! read more

Verry upset muscle mike was recommended highly to me from a neighbor and my own sister ! this is why I am so disappointed ! first when they told me I had to pay for travel time they did not explain that included them coming from palm city to Stuart to get to me ! twenty min each way and then when they left to get to my new place 3 miles away they went to lunch I had to pay for that time to ! they had a big trailer twice the size of the pod I had all my stuff in the last move and I had given away the dining room furniture and two bedrooms sets of furniture so I can not get over why all my stuff would not fit with one trip ! as a result I had to leave behind a third of my stuff because I could not afford the first trip let alone a second trip ! they charged me 3.27 hours when it should have only been like 2 hours at tops 2.5 hours with the three men crew ! I will give them this they did show up ! the first moving company took a deposit and never showed up ! and I can not get in touch with that company now ! so I give them one star for that ! the guys they sent were very nice but they could have worked a little faster and packed the trailer more efficiently so that all my stuff that fit in a 8ft by 8ft by 16ft pod would of fit in their trailer that was about twice the size of the pod ! those are the fact's ! so disappointed and broke and overdrawn ! read more

Mike Jr and his crew were terrific. They arrived on time with a team a of 3 guys. They were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them and I plan to use them again for an upcoming move. My only disappointment was that one of my items was badly scratched when the finished end was placed against the concrete floor and one of the men proceeded to slide the piece along the floor. Driving on the freeway, the driver of Muscle Mike was flying on the freeway with his big trailer. I would not trust anyone like that who is not being reasonable on the road, cannot imagine what would happen if that big truck with a big trailer hits someone on the freeway. read more

Rude and mean. They were delivering to Habitat for Humanity, their truck and trailer, blocked the ally, 1/2 of the street entry and the loading area. They had completed unloading. We paitently waited. When we were told by Habitat staff to bring our van up, we politely pointed out that we were blocked. We were happy to patiently wait. The movers angerly shouted, "we were here first". My wife responded "no problem". They yelled at her. They sat there in the truck blocking our path until the Habitat staff yelled at them to leave. If you are paying them, it is probably "Yes, sir, yes mam", but they are ugly humans to everyone else. read more

I was referred to Muscle Mike by a friend who highly recommended him. Unfortunately I did not receive the same service. The movers were very respectful and courteous and I tipped them. However, after they finished I went to pay and was told there was a $25 fee to use a credit card because the card reader was lost. How is that my fault? I didn't loose the reader and I was not informed of that when I had asked a week prior if I could use a credit card! Then after they left I found 5 pieces of furniture scratched and damaged as well as a broken 54 inch Samsung smart TV!!!!!!!!! I was told they were not responsible if the TV broke because I didn't have the box. I am 50 years old, and moved MANY times WITHOUT a professional and NEVER had a TV damaged! You would think it would have been fine, Since they had moving blankets and I had about 8 personal moving blankets as well... I asked if they were going to use my blankets or theirs, and they said, "Either ones you want." And I said, "As long as you use them, it doesn't matter to me." Well, It seems they used none at all!!!!!!! You would think my TV and furniture could have been protected!!!!!! I'm so angary I can't even scream! I think I want to throw up!!! read more
