This company is outstanding!!! We moved my father from assisted living to a condo and as soon as this company arrived they were non stop packing loading their truck. Very professional from the minute they arrived to when the job was complete. I checked around several different moving companies, and several of them quoted they charge from the minute they leave their office to the minute they get back, not Small Movers. They charged when they started till the job was done. I can't think these guys enough for helping my father with moving. Great job!! I promise if you hire them you won't be disappointed. read more

Prompt, prepared and extremely organized is how I would describe Annette and her team. I have moved 20 times over the years and this was the least stressful. The hourly rate is fair so tip these ladies well! read more

Branden and Annette were fantastic! I seriously could not do this without them. Friendly hard working movers. A 10 out of 10

My situation was complicated from beginning to end. Annette was able to accommodate my schedule last minute. Irving and Stacey showed up on time, carefully packaged and wrapped all my furniture.. The price was right, the service was perfect, no delay and no strings attached. All I can say is "Thank You, Thank you, Thank you"!!! read more

Small Moves & Delivery is one of the best moving services we've had and our favorite! We needed a 16 foot pod unloaded into our house. The movers were very professional and fun. They were very attentive to our extremely picky and detailed needs and super careful handling our boxes and furniture. This may be the first move we've had where absolutely nothing was damaged and we have moved probably 6 or 7 times in the past 10 years? Annette is the owner and coordinates the movers. She is super helpful and constantly stays in touch all through the move. We needed to move some furniture from one house to another at the last minute and were not able to find a truck. She was able to provide one for us! It was a huge box truck too with all the tools, shrink wrap, blankets, etc. She only charged for the truck and labor. No additional hidden fees (other companies charge extra for moving supplies, heavy furniture, stairs, travel, etc). We signed up for 2 movers and 3 showed up. They still only charged us for the 2 movers and we got the 3rd as a bonus! Annette kept in contact during the move, making sure we had everything we needed and that the movers were doing a good job. They were above and beyond. We were their 2nd job of the day and they worked tirelessly throughout, keeping a fun and positive attitude the whole time. We signed up for 2 hours and ended up using them for 4 hours because of our last minute furniture move. They work until the job is done! We will definitely be using them again to unload our 2nd pod in a couple of months and for any other moving needs in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone we know! Thank you Annette, Terrance, and team for an amazing job!! read more

Great s patience with SM&D! Not only are they responsive and communicative, they are straight forward, honest, and efficient. I had the pleasure of working with Annette and Abby (hope I spelled it correctly) and I'm so grateful for their help. My move was extremely last minute and somewhat urgent which was causig me such anxiety and overwhelm but they kept me calm and Annette was so helpful along the way. They didn't have to go out of their way to help me mentally map out how I needed to rearrange my storage unit for everything to fit but they did and they never showed any sign of irritation. I appreciate them more than they know! I highly recommended these ladies. They're the type of people that you hate you only meet AS you're leaving the area and wish you'd known sooner just around. Great service, great attitudes, great all around. I'd rate 10 stars if I could. I definitely think the value of their work is worth what you're charged. They were mindful of the boxes labeled fragile and needing to be placed above or under anything. They pay attention. Thanks so much! read more

This was one of very few that were not insanely priced or inflexible. The move was small and the company was professional and my move was punctual and completed efficiently. I would not only recommend this company, but will use them in the future. Stacy my mover was a good guy who would do the little extra things to make someone feel good about who they hired. I think that is rare when everyone seems to want to do as little as possible to get paid. read more

Annette was a pleasure to work with. She was communicative, efficient, and very kind. Called Small Moves for information, Annette answered and immediately answered all my questions and gave me a few suggestions. Scheduled our pick up day and were met by two AMAZING young men Tivi and Stacy, both friendly and great workers. They were a little early, we were a little early, they loaded, wrapped, handled everything carefully and back to our home to unload. Cannot say enough WONDERFUL THINGS about everyone. Rating 5 stars BUT if we could give 10 we would and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Small Moves without any hesitation!!! read more

I am so happy with the move. I love how Winston showed up in a mask for both our safety even in this scorching heat. I've never seen anyone work so hard and fast! He was able to move a room across town in under an hour. It would've taken myself 4-5 hours. I believe Annette is the owner and she is very friendly and accommodating as well. Can't beat their prices either! I highly highly recommend! What a pleasant, fast, and pain free experience. read more
