All of those prior moves would have received five stars for their reviews - professional movers who were always faster than their estimates. This move deserves zero stars. First move for me where I needed to store my stuff for a week in between houses. No clear explanation that the estimate I received was for only the first half of the move. Final bill was FOUR times the amount I paid for my last move. You may understand your method of operating but your customers don't do this on a daily basis. Care enough about them to make sure they completely understand how much they owe before the move. Movers were not the quick and careful movers of before. Plus I had to argue with the movers for several minutes when they finally got to my new house that they could NOT block my neighbor's driveway. The computer monitors they packed for me came out scratched because they were wrapped with the end of the cord against the screens. Constantly asked, "where does this go?" without removing the wrap around the furniture. Sorry, but I don't have x-ray eyes. Needless to say, I will NOT use Two Men & a Truck in the future.

Needless to say I was in shock. Understanding my angst Melissa at Dixon Moving adjusted my move schedule at the last minute and worked to find me storage and took care of all the logistics. When Ryan, the owner, came to give me a quote (which was quite reasonable) he couldn't have been more professional and knowledgeable. By the time my pickup came around the gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable as well. They moved along at a quick pace while coordinating with each other, taking special care to protect my belongings. Due to problems beyond my control, I could not make the trip to Pennsylvania. The company turned around and stored my belongings for months in their warehouse for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and would use them for any future moves.

They had a great time while they worked and got everything done so quickly. Everything was packed and kept safe. They wrapped all of our couches, chairs, and dressers, and made sure that our glass china cabinet was cushioned well when we learned the shelving wasn't removable. These guys work their behinds off! Ryan was so great to work with as well. We had a hiccup on our end with our closing date and he was able to finagle their schedule to get us our belongings to the new house later in the afternoon the same day as closing. They even helped us unpack the extra truck we had! We're so happy with how the experience went.

I had a young girl set up my pick up , storage for 18 days and then drop off. I was quoted $525 for pick up at my home and that would include less then a 30 day storage fee. When emailed the copy of contract I opened it a few days later and the order was deleted by the manager Matt. He was rude and said I was lucky to just have a pick up time so close ..He would not resend the email because they were to busy. I needed my belongings out of my house quick due to a sale. Matt said his employees will be at my house on schedule time and I could pay by credit card. They told me I could use my credit card at time of completion with both pick up and drop off. The guys that showed to move our things were in a truck that belonged to a company that was out soured. They were very nice, and this was a Sunday so at time of completion he said I owe $750 And cash only. I was able to give him 550 in cash and a personal check due to banks closed and it was after 5pm I called the next morning and spoke with Laura and she said so sorry, and scheduled me for drop off in 18 days.. Well 16 days later before we moved into the new house and called to reconfirm.. Matt answered and told me he can't get my stuff til the following week . Screwed me totally.. we moved in to house with a blow up mattress that we borrowed. My husband is first responder and I had packed most of his stuff due to it being a short turn around . I called Laura again and pleaded with her I needed out things and she said sorry. So the following week the date Matt gave us same thing happens..Laura swore up and down that a credit card would be fine at drop off , and drop of was after 5pm.. Same guys from Miami dropped my things off and No Credit card.. Never ever use this company..
