When it came time to pay....it was less than Brandon's quote. Brandon (I'm just guessing) perhaps might have a set time and rate and if the move goes quicker than quoted - he perhaps reduces the cost accordingly. That's why I put in the headline of my review "with integrity"..... I can't remember the last time I got a quote...and ended up paying less. The Nov 2024 move went flawlessly. Brandon and his crew showed up and carefully packed up everything with tissue paper between all plates, all glasses etc. Fragile contents along with medium to large furniture - just everything was packaged and loaded onto the truck professionally. They were lightning fast. We were amazed...it was like watching a ninja movie. We just had to point at what needed to go and it seemed like 2 minutes later it was professionally thoroughly/fully wrapped up/protected, on a dolly and headed to the moving van. These people are incredibly professional and VERY FIT. They move SO FAST. I should have written a review then, in November 2024. I'm a bit ashamed I didn't at the time. Today, Tuesday, November 25th 2025 Florida Coast Moving did another very professional move for my hubby and I (emptying out our storage unit into our home). Again, this experience was as good, if not better, as the experience in November 2024. Here's why it was an even better experience today than last year.... Unfortunately, on this move today - my hubby and I messed up. My hubby told the movers to put a chair, a nightstand and install a mirror onto a dresser in a bedroom that I actually wanted all of those items to be offloaded into in the garage - not the bedroom. The movers had done EXACTLY 100% what my hubby had instructed them to do. When my hubby found out that I wanted those items in the garage - he told the movers - and, without a blink of an eye, or any pushback whatsoever, they - (very efficiently and kindly), uninstalled the massive mirror that they had just unwrapped and installed over the dresser, re-wrapped it and moved it and everything else I didn't want in that room back into the garage (where I wanted it to be). They were ALL gracious, kind: said comments such as "it's not a problem at all, we want you to be happy". My husband and I are too old to move things around ourselves - so we were so grateful these young men graciously and efficiently accommodated our massive screw up. And again, here's where integrity comes in.... my hubby and I were expecting to be charged MORE today than the quoted rate (as we were the ones that had messed up and created MUCH MORE work for the movers). Instead, we were charged less than the quoted rate. For anyone out there reading this review, please know my hubby and I have no connection whatsoever with this company - no family, business, or any other type of connection/affiliation. I only took the time to write this looooooooooooong review to help other people that might be looking for a reputable moving company. If you are looking for top notch moving professionals that care about customer satisfaction and have integrity - then give them a call. My elderly parents were downsizing a couple of months ago from a 3/2 house to a smaller, first floor 2/2 condo. I let them know super last minute, same day to help me get out of a jam with 2 storage units to fit into one 15 foot U haul. They are literal masters at efficiency, and playing Tetris with the boxes and couches to fit into the U Haul. My wife and I couldn't believe it, genuinely shocked. Genuinely the best moving company ever and best value for money. They even discounted my price which I ended up paying more for because they were that good. Fantastic service. Very professional. Arrived at on time. Wrapped furniture in moving blankets then Saran wrapped. Put mattresses in disposable bags. Moved three beds with mattress, frame, headboards. Two chest of drawers, two nightstands, sofa, recliner, and entertainment center. There were three movers for my very chaotic move. I. Was not as prepared as I should have been and they came in and got it done. It's not easy in the heat of 90+ degrees! They worked long and hard! But I cannot reach them to find out where my storage unit is with all my family heirlooms are and to pay them. Please respond Brandon. I called and texted requesting an invoice and have now found out the number has been disconnected. I was not given an address for the storage unit that he set up for me. read more
