I hired Two Men & a Truck for my move from Port St Lucie to Lakeland because I've used the…read morefranchise for three moves before. All of those prior moves would have received five stars for their reviews - professional movers who were always faster than their estimates. This move deserves zero stars. First move for me where I needed to store my stuff for a week in between houses. No clear explanation that the estimate I received was for only the first half of the move. Final bill was FOUR times the amount I paid for my last move. You may understand your method of operating but your customers don't do this on a daily basis. Care enough about them to make sure they completely understand how much they owe before the move. Movers were not the quick and careful movers of before. Plus I had to argue with the movers for several minutes when they finally got to my new house that they could NOT block my neighbor's driveway. The computer monitors they packed for me came out scratched because they were wrapped with the end of the cord against the screens. Constantly asked, "where does this go?" without removing the wrap around the furniture. Sorry, but I don't have x-ray eyes. Needless to say, I will NOT use Two Men & a Truck in the future.

They were more expensive than many other quotes, but I decided they could be trusted for the move. The two men packed and moved me and everything was fine, until I discovered that some very expensive things were missing. It would be my word against theirs, so there was nothing I could do. They did a good job moving, but I will never use this company again because of the theft.

Jensen Moving & Storage - Broken TV

They lost a 36" marble table top, multiple boxes, cut the hoses off of the hose reel, and ruined both bicycles among other issues. Their trucks are poorly maintained and the one with our stuff broke down causing them to be a day and a half late because they had to transfer everything to another truck that they rented. When their truck got stuck I had to use my truck to pull it out, breaking a 20,000 lb pull strap. I asked Peter (the owner) to replace it and to fix the ruts in the yard from their truck and his response was "What do you want me to do about it? It's your yard, you handle it." Absolutely worst moving experience ever and I would NEVER recommend them!

They chose a different course of action since they clearly do not understand the difference between accidental damage and negligence as defined by the law, so I find myself writing a review because I do not want anybody else to have a similar experience EJ and Peter the owner should be the posters boys for The definition of a bad moving company. If you value your belongings I would avoid Jensen Moving & Storage because they treated my belongings like they were taking everything to the dump. If you own a SleepNumber bed or anything similar definitely do not even considered Jensen Moving & Storage. Jensen Moving and Storage lost furniture, destroyed furniture damaged brand new Brazilian cherry floors. Constantly drop the F Bomb. Used my driveway as an ashtray. And got caught on doorbell camera after my wife asking them to be careful because of the new flooring just to hear them say F these people a few minutes later on the door bell camera. Bottom line is the only thing Peter the owner of Jensen Moving and Storage cares about is your money and not your belongings. They will loose items, damaged items and only thing EJ, Peter and William will say is you owe us. Over charged by $500 more then the contract on the move to storage, seemed to pad the hours to load the truck on the move from storage to my home. Took 2 guys 2.5 to unload the truck but took 3 guys 3.5hrs to load the truck Also seems they advertise as 27 years in business but the current owners have only had it for about 5 years and definitely do run this company the same as the previous owners. I uploaded 21 photos and that does not even begin to address the damaged items. Or the 2.5 hours of video
