I had my storage moved from Margate to Loxahatchee . Kelly came over, I gave her the key and she said I didn't even have to be there to have them move it out of storage which was very convenient for me. I had to reschedule the move and it wasn't a problem, which was great. Peter got in touch w me the day of the move so I was kept in the loop of what was going on with each step. The movers Gill and Gill Jr. were fast, professional, they put things where we wanted them neatly and set things up. They were amazing! Oh they also took an old couch out of the house to the street for garbage! The price for this type of work was unbelievably affordable. Just used them for moving to my new home and unfortunately for me they damaged my very expensive dresser my expensive infant son dresser my entertainment center is gone don't know what happened to it I saw when they put it on the truck but Is not at my house my $8000 tv screen is cracked cause they don't have care when grabing TVs the owner came to my house after he said give me some time to fix this now he blocked my number don't even has an office the business address is somebody's house I tried to speak to someone at the office cause he told me the office is taking care of this is not such thing there so if you want your property damage by this company you can hire them I won't ever again read more

They were great. It was a small local move and they were prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job.

We needed to move from a 2BR apartment into a house and also have two storage containers unloaded into the house. Bald Eagle put a big crew on this and managed to pack, move, unload, and unpack all in one day, which minimized the disruption to our life. Nothing was damaged. They supplied all of the boxes and packing material. They showed up exactly when they said they would and charged us exactly what they quoted. They handled two heavy lateral filing cabinets and also a 125-gallon aquarium. read more

Worst mover ever ... surprised about high ratings ... must know how to remove low ratings . Ask to see their insurance policies . Say they are insured but not.... Ask for their detailed insurance coverage . Used them to move and store my furniture as I sold my home and needed time before my new house was ready . Checked where they said they stored my items... went to the facility and no record of my items in their storage . Became suspect of old moving trucks around the storage company without the cabs . Perhaps they were storing items in the cabless trucks??! When time came to deliver my furniture to my new home ( three months later ) my armoire had strap marks deep all around one section caused by dripping water per a furniture repair person I brought in. Also many of the doors and draws were warped and would not close. In addition a trundle bed with a draw underneath was split and broken. I am also missing a mink coat ! When I asked Bald Eagle about their insurance they told me by law they were only required to pay out a percentage of weight or something like that for damaged items. Their offer was $125.00 or so . Said they would send me a check ... never did . Permanent unfixable damages to my armoire is worth much more . Then again where did my mink coat go? Stay away! Stay away ! Stay away ! read more

The movers that showed up to our Coop building were the most unprofessional workers I have come across. They were told the rules and regulations of this building in advance of the day of delivery. Masks must be worn while in our building, the hours that deliveries were allowed. They disregarded both rules. As the manager of the building I asked one worker to start cleaning up the mess and his response was "I don't know who the f--K you thing your talking to but your stopping me from my work" I told a second worker that his mask has to be covering his nose and his response was "The f--king mask will not stay up". Things only got worse from there. The worker walked down our residencial hallway saying f--k ya, f--k the masks etc. They left me a note that read "F--k ya & yo pictures". I will say that the owner Peter did call me the following morning to apologize for his workers. read more

Worst experience I've ever had in a moving company. Had to move two antique statuary pedestals from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach, FL. He called me before he came, the same day. He was supposed to arrive with a dolly and another person. When he called on the phone, I specifically asked him if he'd have a dolly. He said "yes". He showed up, no dolly, no second person to help. He tried to pick up one of the pedestals and drag it with a moving blanket wrapped around it. In the process, it broke apart and fell to the floor, gauging my floor which had just been installed. A brand new 24X42 porcelain Italian tile ruined! It will cost me big bucks to replace the tile piece. Had he had a second person to help, and had a dolly for transport, this would have never happened. He's supposed to be insured, but never offered to file a claim. Very unprofessional, would never use this company. read more

I'd leave 100 stars if I could. We hired Peter to move us from SE Florida to NW Colorado. From the time he came to quote our move, until he pulled out of our driveway at our new home, he was absolutely professional. I had a horrible experience! I called the company and Peter picked up and he seemed pleasant on the phone. I told him the date I needed to move which is May 28th and he said on the phone that he was available. Then it all changed when he came over to look at my house and what I needed. He said I would have an estimate emailed to me, never got it. I emailed him as a reminder to see if he forgot to email me, he said he didn't forget and that he was busy, which is fine but then after that he said he was not available anymore and wished me luck in finding a moving company. I guessed he sensed that this was not a good $$$$ opportunity for him and he decides for himself and just lets you know that he all of a sudden is not available.
