We have met the woman on the weekends and the weekday staff; all great people that are accommodating and pleasant to work with. They were pretty full but they had a couple of units to work with and they were able to get us in right away. The facility is air conditioned, clean, and is organized really well. They offer a lot of equipment to roll your stuff to your unit and they have a big elevator. It's not 24 hours but they have good enough hours for us. We feel good about our decision to keep our belongings here.

However, the real excitement happened to me yesterday. I cleaned out my unit Sunday and went to the office to close out, but I was too late and they had closed. I made a note to call Monday afternoon. Midday Monday I got a moveout confirmation letter. Turns out they do rounds twice daily, noted that my lock was gone and the unit was empty, and they took care of everything for me! When I need storage again, there's no doubt where I'll go.

Peter and Josh were my crew and everything was stored professionally with blankets and straps, delivery was on time within 5 minutes and unpacking was done efficiently without any damage. Michael was inexperienced and need guidance from John the entire time. John the "experienced" mover damaged my bed. First they don't wrap your furniture, he moved my couch with no protection when I asked him he said it's not needed, had my couch all over the floor of the elevator and then all the corners got damaged and ripped. it was reported someone was to get in touch and still have not heard from anyone. my bed was not reassembled incorrectly and he washed my screws so then I had to get a task rabbit to come in and help. Their truck leaked because it was raining and it damaged my headboard (it was soaking wet). They are a moving company and charges you for tape that they need to wrap the protection over your items. A 1 bdrm apartment that only had a bedroom set a sectional couch and a tv stand took 5 hours. there were no boxes to move. A $477 moved turned into over a 1K with damage and no follow ups. I would never recommend them and warn everyone to ignore the reviews on their website. they are all lies, notice your not able to leave a google review. They are slow, don't take care of your items and don't follow up on the damages they cause. NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!! I never write reviews, but had to share this for future clients.

They told us to file an insurance claim with Orange Door. They took 6 months and then denied the claims, which is illegal in the state of Florida. We have spent countless hours emailing, calling and responding to requests for evidence. We have dozens of photos and videos that were sent in. We are at the point where we have to meet with lawyers and contact the news to warn others as it is clear that have no intentions on doing the right thing. Never rent here. Ever.
