They offer a lot of equipment to roll your stuff to your unit and they have a big elevator. It's not 24 hours but they have good enough hours for us. However, the real excitement happened to me yesterday. I cleaned out my unit Sunday and went to the office to close out, but I was too late and they had closed. We spent a good few hours doing so before I had to use the restroom. This was shortly before 5pm, but still before 5pm. Upon trying to use third floor bathroom, because that's the floor our storage is on, both doors were locked. Both doors are ALWAYS locked on third floor. Even if it's the middle of the day, the only bathroom ever open is first floor(SOMETIMES). I then went down to first floor and was greeted by a note saying "bathrooms are clean and closed for the day". I am 7 months pregnant and didn't have a bathroom to use! Again, this is one of the only days we had allocated to come to your facility, so I then had to ran around the plaza looking for a restroom. I'm not sure if you've ever been 7 months pregnant, but that was a huge challenge. This left my husband to do mostly everything himself. While we were loading up the car, we saw one of your workers locking up the office. Mind you, we were never told that bathrooms close at 5pm. We were under the assumption that if you guys are open, so are restrooms. He asked her why the bathrooms are locked so early when you guys have operating hours til 8PM? She said customers cause too much damage. This is an absurd answer considering you have a state of the art camera system, and everybody who has access to the building, you have info for. If that truly issue an issue, I apologize, but you can do what you need to recoup your money. My husband asked the woman who's in charge, what's her name, and a number we can have. She refused to give us anything, esp her name and stated that she's not from around here. she's from the hood, this is why she doesn't deal with us "white folk" and we're disrespectful. I'm sorry but since when is asking to use a restroom at seven months pregnant an issue?!? She told us that she'll have her boyfriend deal with us if we keep it up. My husband let it go realizing that we're not going to get an answer out of her. She didn't let it go. She cursed us out from her window as she "drove away" She didn't actually drive away. She waited on the other side of the building for thirty mins, waiting for us to leave and then proceeded to follow us home! Thank god my husband noticed her and pulled off onto a random street where she then proceeded to block the exit of for a good min and a half. As we feared for our safety, and our unborn baby, we had no choice but to call the cops. When we went back to our storage unit, after talking to the police, our code wouldn't work anymore. She locked us out from being able to retrieve our property. So now, not only is she stalking us, and threatening us, but she has full access to our account info, which has all of our person info on it! She's withholding our personal possessions that we pay over $200 a month to keep in this facility. I don't trust that she won't do something malicious! This has put a huge stress on my pregnancy, mentally and physically I haven't felt right since this sort of confrontation. I am not used to this! All my husband did was try to stick up for me, like he would any other pregnant woman who was simply trying to use the restroom. This has gone over the line and she really should be terminated immediately. Just an update, but obviously this company doesn't care for their customers because since this has happened, we have been evicted from the unit and trespassed from the plaza. Tell me how this is fair? If I could give a negative star I would. There are so many other storage units in the area. Pick any of them over this one!!

However, for the multiple years I've been coming here, the lift is either always broken, dead, or requires two people to operate making it impossible or dangerous for me and others to reach our upstairs unit and move things in and out. The place is absolutely disgusting right now, in a way I've never seen it before. They obviously don't clean the floors and when we went to take to someone at the front desk to ask about a key or working lift, there was no one there. We went on a Monday from 11-6 and no one ever showed up. Another customer informed us that someone hadn't been there for a week at least. We had to move a whole unit out down stairs and on dollies that were also broken. Also, we've had issues in the past of not being able to use dolleys or the lifts because there are only 1 or 2 lifts (now 0 working lifts) and 3-5 carts for the whole place. Meaning if someone else is moving, you wait or come back another day. Absolutely atrocious, especially considering they continue to raise the rates but do not improve or fix their equipment.
