We have met the woman on the weekends and the weekday staff; all great people that are accommodating and pleasant to work with. They were pretty full but they had a couple of units to work with and they were able to get us in right away. The facility is air conditioned, clean, and is organized really well. They offer a lot of equipment to roll your stuff to your unit and they have a big elevator. It's not 24 hours but they have good enough hours for us. I had 3 mechanics out in 3 days to try to fix it. They couldn't get it. I told the Manager Rich that I was going to have it towed to my mechanic shop, instead he called a toe truck company and had my truck towed 45mins away on Father's day weekend!!!! Im beyond upset! Now I have to pay $650 to get my truck out of a tow yard. When I tried to tell the manager that my mechanic was going to pick up my truck, he said, I dont care! I was supposed to be home an hour ago. If u dont move your truck, I will have it towed. I couldn't believe it! On Father's day 2025, this happened. The worst place ever! Surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people! Dont go their!!!!!

Short version of a long story is they delivered the dresser into my condo unit then when they went to take the TV stand upstairs they just they flipped it upside down on top of the stairwell allowing the shelves inside the unit to move around loose inside the unit scratching and denting the inside and then dented the top due to setting upside down on the stairs. Then they didn't even try to take it up the stairs they said they needed 2 more men and asked me what i wanted to do because they had to leave. I asked them what they wanted to do because i didn't have anyone that could help thats why i hired them. I am 56 and most people in my building are older. I asked them to bring my mirror up because they were talking of leaving. I went upstairs to see if i could find someone to help them. When i came back down they had left my mirror leaned against my building and were driving off. When they saw me he stopped and he got out of the truck and said to me and i quote "i guess you aren't paying me?" Prior to this there has been no mention of payment yet. I asked so are you going to finish the job? He got rude and then so did I. Then he left leaving a 8 foot 300 pound tv stand blocking the fire exit in my building. I would have been glad to have paid for the dresser that had been delivered but wasn't given the chance. My neighbor heads up my HOA so i went to him. He called them and and they were only concerned if they were going to get paid i said yes once they got it out of the fire exit in their trailer to return to the store. They told my neighbor lies that i told them to get off the property which i did not. What they failed to realize everything is recorded as the camera was right there where they were. They refused to return so i gave the payment to my neighbor to pay them because they refused to come back until he told him he would pay them.He gave them the code to contact him direct when they came back and i texted them the gate code. They came back called from the gate then immediately hung up. They never called my neighbor. By that time another friend arrived and called them to see if they were coming back they told him they did and had been knocking on the back door. We were all waiting at the back door for them so again they lied and said that they weren't coming back. I can't call the gates and let someone in because it's automated so when they immediately hung up they couldn't be let in which is why we immediately called their phone back. Needless to say this company is happy to overcharge and expect payment for a service they dont provide. They were not polite and left an unsafe situation for the residents of my building. They were lazy at best and never tried to get it up the stairs. They are looking for the easy jobs and represent there services falsely. I highly do not recommend. They are looking to cherry pick the easy jobs only. They didn't have the dolly equipment they should of had to move it in addition to everything else.
