We have met the woman on the weekends and the weekday staff; all great people that are accommodating and pleasant to work with. They were pretty full but they had a couple of units to work with and they were able to get us in right away. The facility is air conditioned, clean, and is organized really well. They offer a lot of equipment to roll your stuff to your unit and they have a big elevator. It's not 24 hours but they have good enough hours for us. We feel good about our decision to keep our belongings here.

However, the real excitement happened to me yesterday. I cleaned out my unit Sunday and went to the office to close out, but I was too late and they had closed. I made a note to call Monday afternoon. Midday Monday I got a moveout confirmation letter. Turns out they do rounds twice daily, noted that my lock was gone and the unit was empty, and they took care of everything for me! When I need storage again, there's no doubt where I'll go.

To make matters worse, a scheduled delivery of our entire condo's furniture was canceled via phone while I was driving from Michigan to Florida--just two days before a confirmed appointment. I made numerous requests to speak with an owner or manager, but neither ever reached out to resolve the issue. Instead, I only received follow-ups from the same representative who called initially. When I finally closed out my account and paid for the delivery and final month's storage, I was informed--after paying--that they do not prorate unused days. As a result, I paid $535 for just 5 days of storage in October, forfeiting the remaining 25 days. To top it all off, the owner refused to take my calls and only responded via email after my third attempt--where they then accused me of "extortion" simply for demanding a response to my unresolved issues. Save yourself the money and headache: stay far away.
