Low life workers provided with poor etiquette and work ethic. Gary constantly complained and swore because of the work load as he couldn't see his wife and kids due to a move that was scheduled but not explained by the owner Nick. I have used Nick's services 9 years ago and was satisfied with results besides one thing. He broke a part of my expensive canopy bed but fixed the best he could, so I figured since he was the one putting it together he should be the one taking it apart. I called him to see if he was available and he said that he had couple of jobs that day but could definitely fit me in. I told him that 4pm would be perfect but the movers showed up at 5:30pm and constantly complained. One of them was quiet and cordial. They were inconsiderate and not professional at all. I had a $1,500 dining room table which needed to be wrapped and glass taped so it doesn't fall off but they just tipped the table and all the glass went flying, they broke the entire set by trying to hold on to the legs and ripped off its space. I had to leave the table behind as it was no longer useful. They broke my son's dresser chest by dragging it and breaking off the legs so it was no longer stable. My marble buffet very heavy also got chipped. There was a chip in the middle which they have advised me off but when I went to storage to check I found more damage to the corners off the buffet broken. Furniture just thrown in the storage with no care. My chest is all scratched up. Its ridiculous the service they provided. My son had to go in and redo the entire storage by himself to fit more stuff carrying bulky and heavy items on his shoulders by himself...Complained to Nick and it seemed he was on board and was going to make it right but all was a manipulative talk and lies. He wanted me to pay him for damages they did and completely changed his speech daily on prices. It was always different price and lies about repairs and replacing of the items damaged. Another company would take full responsibility for broken items and wouldn't charge for anything but this one manipulated into hiring my son to do moving for them so that they can use him to get their money that I told him I won't pay until he reimburses me for damages. I lost over $3,000 in items they damaged over a $700 move cost he estimated but then increased it instead of reduction. Very rude unprofessional service of little kids with no insurance and full of egoism. Mindful Moving Services stuck by their price (I think I may have paid for a few blankets but that was expected since I kept them). They were friendly and very careful with my items. BEWARE**** STAY AWAY FROM MINDFUL MOVING**********I wish I could give Mindful Moving 0 stars. When I first started the process of trying to find a mover from Los Angeles to Dallas, Shea from Mindful Moving was kind and communicated quickly. Then, after I paid my deposit, everything went downhill. First, I asked Shea if he was a broker, and he lied to me-- he was a broker and was farming out our move. Then, when he was supposed to be doing a walkthrough with us with our stuff, he didn't call and tried to blame it on me. I told him "I work in customer service and do not ever tell a customer that it is their fault". He said "you will be working with me from the beginning to end with your move", which was not the case. Mindful moving passed me to a HORRIBLE mover in Los Angeles and when our stuff arrived, our things were unwrapped and treated terrible. Then, I got a text from someone named "Mike the general manager" who wanted to do another move for us, and when I called him to complain about the person moving my furniture into our apartment, he said "how did you get my number?" and then said that he doesn't actually work for the company (see texts attached). WHAT A NIGHTMARE! It has been a horrible experience from beginning to end and I am so disappointed in Mindful Moving for lying and being dishonest. For taking advantage of me and my family, especially during a pandemic. STAY AWAY FROM MINDFUL MOVING! you don't know who you are working with and they are a bunch of liars!!! I called Mindful Moving Services a few days ago and described my tasks which was taking old mattresses away and setting up the new mattresses. I was told that they could be here Saturday at 1:00. They texted me that they were running late probably around 5:00. I asked them to call me and they did I was told that it was raining out as they can not work during the rain so that was holding them up. I said I didn't mind them being late but could they come before 5:00? I was told that they would call and update me as soon as they knew when they could be here. I figured that my job was not going to be done. They surprised me called and said that they could be here within an hour well before five. I was so happy. They arrived earlier than they said!
