The crew Joshua, Jonathan, Jaxson & DJ treated everything as though they were moving cartons of eggs. They were so polite kind & considerate. We worked together for two full days. Their attitude was always positive. I was SUPER nervous that something precious to me would get damaged in such a move. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The pricing although not the least expensive of the (4) movers we interviewed, was reasonable & fair. Nick, thank you for sending us such a wonderful moving team ! So refreshing to find people who still take pride in their work & keep their word. DP moving & storage deserves 10 stars ! We would use you again & recommend you to everyone !

Very professional from the minute they arrived to when the job was complete. I checked around several different moving companies, and several of them quoted they charge from the minute they leave their office to the minute they get back, not Small Movers. They charged when they started till the job was done. I can't think these guys enough for helping my father with moving. Great job!! I promise if you hire them you won't be disappointed.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! I used this company…read moreto move 12 miles. The people who packed and wrapped my items did a nice job. I packed 162 boxes of my most valuable items before they ever arrived and labeled everything in my hand writing. nothing I packed broke. My final box of my grandparents China was opened and repacked with other items that I packed, there was no reason for this company and the lady in charge of the crew to do this. My full set of early 1900 China was gone. She of course denies that she took the China. She became extremely defensive and did not like the fact that she thought I was accusing her of stealing it. But she could not answer my question as to why something I packed was replaced with other items that were packed in another box. The owner of the company does not call the customer. He has the people in the office call and check everything out. An owner should have the ability and the common sense to speak with a customer, but I guess he's afraid to deal with anyone and he just does his own thing and leaves everybody else to answer the questions. His office crew has an answer for everything and they make the customer feel that we are wrong and they are right. When things were being unpacked here at my new home so many things were chipped and broken and damaged and this was in a 12 mile move. They refused to pay for me to repair all the damaged furniture and bronze item and other tables. I am done trying to work with these people to get any kind of satisfaction so I have to pay for all of my repairs out of my own pocket. PLEASE DO NOT use this company. They are terrible. John Rogue takes no responsibility for his company. They just want to argue with you because they are right fighters. If you value your items, please do not use this company. There is so much more I could write about but I will just leave the rest up to the people that read this review. if you hear of anyone considering to use this company, please give them this warning.
