Unfortunately, we're now experiencing installation issues again. Scott inspected the floor, acknowledged the problems, and then became unresponsive. We hired an independent flooring inspector, who documented the installation deficiencies in a written report that was provided to Scott. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, there has been no resolution. We also discovered another review alleging Scott increased the price after the work was completed, which was also our experience. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company for LVP installation.

We were concerned with water intrusion through the concrete floor so the installer recommended a special waterproof coating. This would extend the install time by a couple days but, for us, well worth the peace of mind. The installer was friendly and helpful and the experience was outstanding. Scott came by after the job was completed to make sure we were not only happy, but the install was up to his standards! We love our floor and recommend TLC Systems. Looking forward to working with Scott again soon.

One had been just taken to the regular cleaners by the seller. Yuck. One had been handed off to me with some "bug" poop/pee stains after obviously being stored with no protection. Exclusive Carpet Cleaning got almost all the stain out with special treatment. I can now barely see the stain and completely eradicated any residual "cat pee" odor from the other Royal Palace rug. I was quoted $5oo-700 to clean both rugs by another company. Exclusive quoted me under $160 for both rugs and that is exactly what he charged me... no surprise add-on's.
