We called ahead and the owner Cory had us come by his shop the same afternoon. We brought one of the five bottom cushions with us. Cory studied the cushion and then asked what we were expecting as far as firmness from the upgraded cushions. My wife and I explained to Cory what we were looking for and left the cushion at the shop. We returned the next morning with the other 4 cushions hoping the "test" cushion would be to our liking. It turned out to be perfect.! Firm and comfortable with great support.
