We agreed on the scope of work and the approximate estimate ( based on my calculations) and booked the service date. They arrived on the agreed date and time. I wanted a quick solution to this bed odor, and Matt took the time to explain why it would actually be a bad idea: it could discolor the cheaper fabric, it could pull dyes through from the foam to the surface, it could possibly not even be effective (since the smell could be stuck deeper down in the wood frame).
