My new home (new to me) had been lived in by the same lovely family for over 20 years. Although well maintained, all the tiled floors and the carpets/stairs needed a deep cleaning. Several pieces of furniture were also soiled in the moving process and were desperately in need of of being refreshed. I decided to get the grout lines permanently sealed with a color and they came out literally looking line new floors! We plan on replacing the carpets by next year but are hoping to get a little more life out the current wall-to-wall carpeting. They did a fantastic job getting the spots out and making the carpet look fresh. Another things I want to mention is NO smell! Everything they used is green or organic and completely safe. I don't have to worry about my pets getting sick from being exposed to any harsh chemicals or fumes. The two guys who cleaned could not have been nice.
