He carefully explained every step of the cleaning process he explained how at their facility, they use a UV lamp to help get rid of the urine stains and use an organic fabric protector treatment at their shop, which gave me extra peace of mind for the future. He was very clear about what results I could expect and offered fair pricing along with a first-time customer discount and an organic fabric protector option. What really impressed me was the level of expertise and care. Greg showed me the water after cleaning and wow, I had no idea how much buildup there was. The difference in all the pieces was remarkable. Everything looks refreshed, feels clean, and most importantly, the fabrics were treated gently and correctly.
