He and his employee even took off their shoes before entering our house! He provided a convenient conditional quote, but what really impressed me was his flexibility. Due to the delicate material and condition of our sofas, he offered the option to clean them right in our house. We ultimately agreed that he would take the cushions, and he even applied a safeguard to protect them. Our sofas and dining room table chairs came out perfect--looking exactly like they did the day we purchased them! Worth every cent we spent in the long run he saved us from having to buy new furniture. My sofa material is very soft and stains easily, so I was truly impressed by how he removed every single stain. I highly recommend this company without any reservations. Thank you, Brandon, and your father, who was a true professional as well! Wish them success.

They found us an appointment quickly and are GREAT at communication (from texting them for a quote, to texting us when they were on the way). One of the best parts about the company was how pet friendly they were! They brought our girl her own personalized goodie bag, and loved on her the whole time they were here (always worried about her being in the way). They used safe, nontoxic cleaning solutions, that I didn't have to worry about if our dog was around them (during or after). Truly great at what they do, fair pricing, and customer service was 10/10. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I wanted a quick solution to this bed odor, and Matt took the time to explain why it would actually be a bad idea: it could discolor the cheaper fabric, it could pull dyes through from the foam to the surface, it could possibly not even be effective (since the smell could be stuck deeper down in the wood frame). I so appreciate his knowledge and willingness to pass up a job in favor of giving a customer some wise cautionary words. I hope a good review can make up for it!
