Update: A picture is more than 1k words. You absolutely did not spend even one hour cleaning my…read moregrout. While you were gone, your helper was sitting on the floor playing with his phone and waiting for you. If you are willing to lie so blatantly, my review stands. Consumers, see below and take a look at the picture: If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please save your money. This user, Jeff Oday, came to my house to clean our granny flat's shower's grout. First, he insisted on being paid before even looking at the job carefully. A few minutes after receiving $250 in cash, he left to get his "stronger" equipment and cane back two hours later. Once he was back to pick up his assistant, ten minutes later he calls me to say I have mold and left the job worse than he found it. I asked him to give me a few minutes and when I went to the guest house, hey had gone and when I call him, I could hear the noise because he was already at the job where he had left his equipment. I feel the same as if someone had held me up at gunpoint. Now I get why he gets paid first. He obviously knows people will not be happy with his work and will not be accountable for his shoddy work. (If a grout restorer cannot deal with mold, why would anyone hire him? I wish I had seen the feedback that the other customer left before I allowed him to take advantage of honest people. All he had to do if a little mold was a problem was let me know he could not offer me a good result and return my money. But not this guy. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else. Thanks. (Will add before and after pics tomorrow so you all can see what he charged me to ruin.)

He and his employee even took off their shoes before entering our house! He provided a convenient conditional quote, but what really impressed me was his flexibility. Due to the delicate material and condition of our sofas, he offered the option to clean them right in our house. We ultimately agreed that he would take the cushions, and he even applied a safeguard to protect them. Our sofas and dining room table chairs came out perfect--looking exactly like they did the day we purchased them! Worth every cent we spent in the long run he saved us from having to buy new furniture. My sofa material is very soft and stains easily, so I was truly impressed by how he removed every single stain. I highly recommend this company without any reservations. Thank you, Brandon, and your father, who was a true professional as well! Wish them success.
