We've used KC Tile multiple times for various floor cleaning projects and have been completely satisfied each time. They are easy to work with, do quality work, are professional and are reasonably priced. Scott quoted our jobs and took the time to thoroughly evaluate and explain the process involved. He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the project, the supervisor stopped by to check on the quality of the work. Impressive! The company is honest as well as professional. When we asked Scott if KC Tile could pressure wash our driveway pavers without sealing the driveway, he recommended someone else who does this work at a lower price. We appreciate the sincerity. We highly recommend KC Tile to anyone needing floors cleaned and sealed. read more

This was my first time using KC Tile, and it was a great experience, from the estimate to the finished project. Saul and Yaisel did the floor and grout cleaning/sealing and did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Best of all, the floors look brand new! I was impressed, too, that a supervisor came to my home, as they guys were finishing up, to check the work and make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend this company. read more

Overall, my master shower tile DOES most definitely looks better. But now that it's been about 2-hours post job and I'm taking a closer look, I am not entirely blown away. I've posted before and after photos; you can see a marked improvement. It is leaps and bounds better/cleaner. But if you look toward the left and front of the shower, those white "grout" lines are remaining soap scum (my tile grout was grey, so anything white on the floor should not be there). I was hopeful it was just residual dust, but no such luck. It would not rinse away. Some elbow grease (getting down on my hands and needs and working the grout has helped -- and also enabled me to confirm it is indeed soap scum). My shower got to this awful stage due to waiting too long for a professional cleaning. Lesson learned and I'll consider this stage one. In 6 months or so look for another solution. The biggest surprise for me was that when I went to check on the work I saw them using razor blades to remove the soap scum. Basically, the same thing I started to do, and then decided to go the professional route. It never occurred to me to ask 'how' the process would be done, but this is a question that I'll be asking future vendors. My feeling is there must be another way to get a deeper clean. As for the service, the workman arrived right on time, were friendly, got the job done in a timely fashion (perhaps I wish it took a little longer in retrospect?), and left my bathroom as clean as it was when they arrived. read more

I hired KC Tile for 2 jobs: My indoor tile and grout and my Patio pavers. They were the only ones I called, having used them 6 years ago. Their work is meticulous and they waste no time. My floors look brand new inside and the pavers on my Patio look like they were just installed. They told me they could make no promised regarding the stains on the pavers but there were none left after they finished. They came back the next day to put my plants and furniture back in the rain and dragged some dirt in from outside. They didn't leave until the entire patio was hosed down and restored. This is a 5 Star, Quality company that remains so since I first hired them 6 years ago. read more

From the quote till job itself was a great experience. Scott came to my house and was upfront and did not pressure me into the job. She simply gave me a quote and went into great detail of what they offer. I went with KC Tile and I'm glad I did. The job they did was amazing. I didn't realize how dirty my tile and grout was until they left. Emilio and another worker (sorry forgot name) we're very professional, thorough and friendly. Their works speaks for itself (see attached photo). read more

KC Tile Restoration - Tile / grout - Flooring Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

Dirty grout in just over a year. I have children true but weekly cleaners. We use THEIR mop solution. They tell me to scrub with a wire brush but I have high gloss tile so that's a STRONG no. It's guaranteed supposedly but they miss appointments, refuse to call back, scratched the tile first time around by scraping metal can against my tiles and more. I even left a message on owners voice mail and no response after missed appointments and lack of rep showing when I was home and canceled appts. Don't use these crooks because the 10 year guarantee alone makes them flat out liars. The sad part is we could've turned into an additional sale for around our shower & tub...next! read more

We had our floors cleaned along with grout being done. These two young clean cut men Gabriel and Victor arrived on time, dressed clean and professional, and were very patient with our selection of grout color. Once it was decided Gabe and Victor did not waste a minute getting to work. I stayed out of sight and left them alone because I kinda doubted they would get the floors clean. Man, was I wrong! Holy crap they turned out just beautiful! Clean like the day we had them installed. Grout turned out beautiful too! I just can't get over how our floors look and how great of a job these two fine young men did! Outstanding professional company. read more

I wouldn't hesitate to use KC Tile Restoration again. Highly professional, stuck to their quoted price and did a magnificent job. Beyond pleased and the tile looks better than when it was new. Thank you KC Tile. Wonderful job. read more

We are new to Florida and have called in many service professionals for various things. K.C. Tile Restoration was by far the best of the bunch, on all fronts. Scott was our first contact, who clearly outlined what would happen next and when. Timelines were kept, & the tile workers were excellent as well. Thank you for making our renovations easier! It was a pleasure to work with your company. read more

From the moment we contacted KC to paint and seal our tile grout they treated us like we were the most important job they ever had. They were timely, fair and reliable throughout the process which included a visit for a quote, a few follow-up calls and then the job itself. They were fairly priced based on measured square footage, not too high and not too cheap. They were careful to cover the surfaces they weren't working on and went about their business quickly, quietly, neatly and professionally. Will have them back to seal our patio paver soon. read more

KC Tile Restoration - Neat and clean grout sealing - Flooring Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

This was the second time I had this company out to do some tile repair for loose tiles. The first time they were out, we had no issues. The second time, while attempting to complete the payment through the Zell program, we kept getting an error message stating that the company had "too many contacts and could not accept further transactions". This was shown not only to the repair people, but also their supervisor, who was also at my house at the time. My wife contacted Zell and once again was told that the issue was on KC Tiles end and not on ours. The repairman contacted Kenny, who I am told is the owner of the company. While my wife was explaining the issue to him, he was completely rude and kept telling her that he doesn't know what she is talking about. When asked for another payment method, we were told there would be a service fee of almost 30.00 dollars if we needed to use a credit card. I'm not sure why I should have to pay a service fee on something that is not my issue but that is for another conversation. Needless to say, they will not be back to my home. read more
