I hired them to remove a boat from my property, and not only did they fail to remove the boat, but they also destroyed my yard in the process. They arrived with little to no preparation, and instead of carefully removing the boat, they drove their equipment over my lawn, leaving deep ruts and significant damage. After hours of struggling, they ended up leaving the boat behind, completely abandoning the job. I'm left with a wrecked yard, a boat still sitting there, and no accountability from the company. Communication was non-existent, and they were incredibly unprofessional throughout the entire process. I scheduled a service with them today from 10-12. First, they cannot make the window they provided me due to "getting caught up with another job", so they send another employee to me at a later time. He arrives, increases my initial quote by 200 dollars and says he cannot do it today. edwich seemed like a nice enough guy, and he came by to do estimate, all be it a few hours later than he had originally promised. however, because i live in a community with an HOA, I am required to have certification from the company as contractor as well as liability insurance for demolition. i asked edwich on the first call if he had such, to which he gave the affirmative. however, when it came time to get an estimate it didn't show up 1, 2, 3 days after promised. edwich said he had emailed it, which was not the case, nothing at the email address nor the junk folder. ultimately, he did send the estimate and of course everything became clear. his bid was 80% higher than two other bids, which revealed that his bid was done by a third party contractor, who not only had to provide the certification, but apparently needed a big cut of the job. this would have been fine, if edwich had just explained this upfront. i don't begrudge his choice of doing business and this is totally normal. but, had he just been straight up at the beginning he wouldn't have delayed my project, wasted his time and mine. also, i would have been happy to hire his company on future jobs that didn't have specified requirements, as he seemed delightful and the other yelp reviews of his work were quite good. read more

We had an issue with another service who we called and they never showed up. We then found Evergreen and this group of very hard working folks deserve the very highest rating. First of all they came when they said they would to pick up our unwanted furniture. Nick and his crew did a fantastic job in carefully removing our unwanted furniture. He and his crew were very polite and courteous. They not only removed the furniture, but also cleaned up after, even sweeping our patio for us!! Definitely take pride in their quality work. We bought a condo with the most massive wall unit ever. I needed to have it removed and called many charities to come in but after one look, they all said they could not. I finally called Paul at Evergreen and he said not to worry that he could remove anything. Full of doubt because I heard this before from others, I made an appointment. He arrived promptly with his assistant. He neatly and methodically disassembled this monster in my living room and got it out. He was a professional and he even said this was difficult..but he did it! I had something else at another location in the same complex to get over to my apartment and right there and then he did it for me. I just moved into a new condo and of course moving out of one you need to get rid of everything. Either take it with you or trash it.
