I had to empty out my elderly cognitive-disabled parents' storage unit because the storage rental cost had soared, draining them of money they need to go towards their medical care. I agreed and he booked me quickly, a day before the billing cycle was ending and the next unit payment was due, I appreciated them coming right out since i was cutting it so close. The two gentlemen on my job were very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They told me that they had a recycle facility they used who sorted and properly disposed of junk items. They swept my unit of dust and remaining trash. They accepted a zelle payment and I was able to immediately closeout the unit, saving my parents this month's payment. From the first phone call to the hauling of my 'junk', the entire transaction went smoothly which was fantastic since I was super stressed with our move. Jack came to the house within an hour of me calling to provide a quote and since I had to have everything out the very next day, Jack was able to have his team at the house at 9am. There are no words to describe how unbelievably happy I am with these guys. We recently bought a home and wanted to make it into an open floor plan. We searched left and right for a good demolition company and came across Jacks Junk. My husband spoke with him and he was very professional and knowledgable. They've been in the business for over 11 years. We set up an appointment to remove the tile in our home about 1100 sq ft. Also remove a wall mirror and carpet in two bedrooms. We also wanted to demo a non load bearing wall. We were really nervous about this job but knew we were in good hands by all the reviews we've read. We called this company to come and remove a jacuzzi left behind at a house we just bought and I have to say, this company is great! When my husband called to schedule removal, they immediately set a date and time and were willing to work with our schedules. When they showed up to remove the jacuzzi, they made sure to be careful of our space. They pieced out our jacuzzi and even capped off the electrical outlet so we could actually use it in the future. They offer very fair prices and even gave my husband a military discount, so they definitely support our veterans!
