If you…read moreencounter a contractor named Robert Flowers, or a company by the names Fragnaticz Inc, Robert Flowers Enterprises, or Elite Construction, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Terrible experience from the beginning. Dirty, messy workers that don't clean up after themselves. Mediocre work at BEST. What seems to be a purposefully vague contract so that they can nickel and dime you with contract addendums and charge more. Rude customer services interactions, particularly from the general contractor, Robert Flowers. Then as soon as they received a majority of their payment (90%), they ghosted us and won't return calls and did not finish the rest of the work in the contract. They were also supposed to install two lower cabinets to make a peninsula in our kitchen and took the facing off of one of the drawers of existing cabinets so that they could "match" it up as best as they could; now we have to replace all of our lower cabinets because we can't get a hold of them to get the piece back and the design has been discontinued! It's truly a shame they feel like they can get away with doing this to people.
