It also did not fit the stairwell on the side of the building. Owner and son had to tie it up and swing it down over the stair railing to get it down to the outside walkway. For them, size does not matter. I honor their work ethics and professionalism. They were easy to reach and responded to my call in a courteous and timely manner.

I responded I would be there for the appointment. A little more than 2 hours before the appointment, it was cancelled by them and I was notified they would not give an estimate if they couldn't see the items. I told them they could see the items. This was the agreement right from the start. Then they said they could come and look but still not provide estimate. I complained at the corporate level since this is a franchise of a national company. This is not how I do business. Not for a very large job and not with anyone. Do not recommend these bait and switch people at all. Life is stressful enough with a big job ahead. There are other companies out there. I have already had estimates from two others without problems, and will get at least one more estimate before deciding. Junk King in Hialeah just lost a very big job.
