These guys are great! Hired them to remove an old couch that I've been procrastinating replacing because I didn't feel like dealing with it. It ended up being much less of a hassle than expected and now I just wish I had dealt with it sooner. Got a quick response and quote (which some companies didn't want to do except in person even though I had 1 item), they took care of what was needed from my building, and got the job done the next day. Very professional, kept me updated, and took care in their removal. Price was great and quote was honored. Will definitely use again in the future and recommend to others. read more

Polite, on time, did the job well. Very easy to communicate with on yelp. Beware, they do not accept chemicals.

Amazing company. Needed a big sectional removed and requested estimates from five companies. Sent photos of the sofa, and all responded. Kourtesy responded with the best price, and agreed to a date two weeks out. They confirmed on the Friday before, and again on Sunday, and their communications were top-notch. On Monday morning, they arrive five minutes early, looking very professional and ready to work. They were neat and careful, and completed the removal and about 20 minutes. While they were there, I asked if they would be an extra charge to remove a patio bench and they said not at all I paid them via Zelle and they were gone in less than 30 minutes. Two very nice young men (bilingual) then I would hire again and again. Thank you, Kourtesy, for a job well done. read more

Received a quote via Yelp from several junk removal companies, and this was the best one I received (one was a whopping 150% higher). Jesus and crew were punctual, communicative, and efficient. They offered payment via credit card, zelle, cash, check (I think), and several other payment apps. English speaking. Easy peasy. read more

We had a tenant moving out, who we suspected would leave behind her broken furniture and random stuff. Requested bids on Yelp and Kourtesy Junk Removal responded fast with a great price. We had to wait until the next day to see if the tenant left behind her junk. She did. My property manager called Kourtesy and they scheduled a pickup just a few hours later. They arrived on time, were super respectful, cleared out the place quickly, and stuck to their quoted price. Would absolutely use their services again. Fast, reliable, respectful, and a great price. read more
