Amazing company. Needed a big sectional removed and requested estimates from five companies. Sent photos of the sofa, and all responded. Kourtesy responded with the best price, and agreed to a date two weeks out. They confirmed on the Friday before, and again on Sunday, and their communications were top-notch. On Monday morning, they arrive five minutes early, looking very professional and ready to work. They were neat and careful, and completed the removal and about 20 minutes. While they were there, I asked if they would be an extra charge to remove a patio bench and they said not at all I paid them via Zelle and they were gone in less than 30 minutes.
