The building needed paperwork in advance of the move and I had to chase them for days before they sent it. Their trucks are tiny (12-foot dump trucks), they started 2 hours late, and they didn't send enough people/trucks despite knowing well in advance that it was a big job. I had flown in from out of town to empty a family member's condo on a Friday and got seriously screwed by this company. DO NOT USE.
