We visited because our over-the-range microwave died on us this past week. As soon as we got it uninstalled, I brought it to this recycling center to free up some space in our home. Although the front lot of this recycling center is fairly small, I was able to get in and out very quickly. I spoke to the forklift operator and he made himself available right away to remove my old microwave. There's no wait and no paperwork needed. Just give it and go. This is actually my 2nd experience with them. The first time was to drop off a smart tv that had died on us. I did the same thing. Give it and go and off I went.

They recently renovated this spot because I had frequented the 24 hour one a few blocks away. After seeing how modern the renovation was, I decided to stop in with all my loads to do my wash. I came later at night so I'd be able to grab a spot up front but then realized they have rear parking as well. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. They work on a card system so you basically buy a loadable card the first time and then use the screens to insert funds w your card. No need for a batch of quarters which honestly is a huge convenience (as long as you don't lose your card). There's plenty of machines in both large and small to wash and dry your laundry so I wasn't crammed next to a bunch of people. I will say it's definitely one of the nicest laundromats around because everything is new and clean. Plus, they have a little coffee counter to amplify the experience. The prices are exactly what I thought they'd be which is great. The machines work very efficiently and I was in and out rather quickly with all my stuff folded. It's nice to have a clean and reliable place to get my stuff washed in my neighborhood so I give it two thumbs up!

I have to say something about the nasty woman behind the counter. We drove in, waited to be weighted, then went to the glass to give payment info and to be given a vest (that's for the person who is actually doing the dumping,I stayed in the car) she rolled her eyes at us the whole time and was just nasty and rude. I felt like telling her to go find another job since it seemed like she hated all her good benefits and job so much. She was also speaking through a microphone that I had a hard time understanding and she wouldn't repeat herself. Thank goodness for the other county worker whom was driving a truck who explained everything to us and even led the way to the proper location to dump our old fence. He was very nice and I wish I had asked his name. It was sad to see all the trash we produce but at least we're dumping it in one designated location instead of out on the street like other countries. After we dumped our trash we came back to that lady to get my license and to pay. It seemed like within that short period of time her attitude changed. I get it,it's the day after Chrisymas, who really wants to work and maybe she was having a bad day so I'll let this time slide. The whole process was fairly easy and the dump is organized as far as locations where to dump and there are workers at the actual dump site to guide you. We paid about $30 for our load which wasn't bad. Would try this location again if need be.

Low and behold the trash and recycling center close to home. With hours of operation everyday it made cleaning day so carefree. We loaded up the truck and proceeded to get rid of the junk at home. It has a drive up roadway where while driving up has a stop for disposables like tv's and refrigerators and other metals and liquids as such. Once you get up the driveway your greeted by a Miami dade worker where you pay a decent fee and they designate where to park to unload your haul. We were told to dump everything at number 2. So easy, we just backed up and proceeded to throw away all our junk into the designated trash bins . We were in and out in less then 10 minutes. Everything went so smoothly and hassle free. If your in real need of some "spring cleaning" or simply need to get rid of some debris and trash, I highly recommend coming here. For one you know it will be disposed of responsibly and your doing a good deed by not being some of these douches out there dumping on the streets. Some come and get your clean up and dump it out on!

Super clean, plenty of machines, personnel being present and helpful. The place features plenty of openings into their small private car park. Their rates are extremely competitive. I didn't elect for their wash and fold service as it was already 10pm and my load would have been returned the following day after noon. So I ended up doing my wash myself and that was uneventful. Keep up the good job. Thank you for the hospitality.
