We'll Floor U was recommended by a local interior designer. Ordering the floors and splitting the installation between two projects was handled well. The second project was in a garage conversion and installed in a timely manner. After the install I realized that the garage floors were about as level as the ocean in 3 foot seas I reached back out to them. Called to ask why the floors were installed and the level wasn't checked before install. LVT is has pretty strict tolerances the manufacture puts out to avoid failures down the line and to adhere to the manufacturers warranty. In prior houses the installers would check the level of the floors and perform the necessary steps to make sure the floors could be installed. Their initial quote included the following as well "Any unforeseen floor prep or labor will be determined upon installation and billed accordingly. " Someone from We'll Floor U came out after a couple calls and insisted the floors were fine and there would be no issues. Even as they watched a marble roll across two rooms at speed. They said they could remove the floor, level them and reinstall the floors. We would only have to pay for the leveling. Cool a couple $30-$50 dollar bags of leveler spread over a 20x40 room, shouldn't be that expensive. Nope, the quoted us a couple thousand dollars to spread the leveler. Clearly they were trying to charge us for their mistake. Needless to say it didn't happen. So here we are, patiently waiting for our LVT floors to separate and fail as we bounce up and down on the soft spots on the unlevel subfloor. Do yourself a favor and skip this place when shopping for new floors. read more

Floors started to come apart after 12 1/2 months. Called for a resolution for 6 months and no one calls back.

I had my measurements but they wanted to come measure I said okay come measure give me a price quote....they said they would e- mail it to me...I called them for over 2 weeks to get quote....the LADY in the office was completely RUDE and obnoxious...said she would send quote give total square footage needed..... then bailed when she thought I might be receiving other QUOTES.....I didn't realize we live in a communist country !!! Wow never to deal with them again.. no class. to bad because I am a property manager .....could send them a lot of work....but because they are so controlling they get nothing ! read more

Working with them from choosing our floor (which I would be remiss if I did not mention, they have the best selection in the county!), purchasing & picking up the product, as well as, the guidance we were given concerning installation, was one of the most enjoyable & positive experiences we have ever had. Very disappointed all around and would never recommend. We had to call at least seven times prompting them to give us a quote. It felt like we were trying to sell them a service not vice versa. It has been a month and we have reached out multiple times but still no call back or quote. We got strung along and nothing got done. Unacceptable service. read more

Won't stand behind their work or the work done by their carpet layers. Horrible business people. Smart shopper would be better off going to Home Depot. Upon reading some other reviews I see that I am not the only to give them the lowest rating. My experience extends to more than one job experience. Upon viewing a unit in which a carpet was installed only a year ago, I am having to call someone in the restretch my carpet. They also had given me the hardest time when their carpet layer left an extremely noticeable seam in a bedroom in giving me any satisfaction for their 2nd/3rd class workmanship. As a business owner I find their customer service/satisfaction to be of the lowest professional rating. I would like to give them a zero rating. read more

These guys (and gal) were a genuine pleasure to deal with. We had a flood in a rented unit while the tennants were in, and they got the rug replaced with great vinyl flooring fast and efficiently. Our family had an excellent experience with We'll Floor U in Jupiter. From the time we walked into the showroom through the entire installation process, we were treated with respect, courtesy and total professionalism. Kate, the design specialist, was extremely helpful to us in determining the right selections for our kitchen and stairs. Tearing up an entire kitchen/family room area was a job we dreaded and the fact that there is also an elderly person who is only partially mobile made this a complicated situation. The tile installation expert, Russell, and his assistant Matt made this experience as painless as possible, planning the installation with our needs and concerns in mind. Russell is a master at tile installation; he did a magnificent job despite an uneven floor and other problems. Russell and Matt were very helpful in keeping the inconvenience of this enormous job to a minimum and helped to manage dust, clean up every day and move everything back in place. They are also very friendly and patient with questions and concerns. What I thought would be a "week in hell" turned into a pretty painless experience. I would highly recommend this company and these professionals. And the floor looks awesome!! read more

March 16th, 2017 I hired and paid IN FULL well over $3000 to have a few hundred square feet of carpet ripped up and replaced with some Vinyl Wood Flooring that I purchased from We'll Floor U of Jupiter. The job was not done properly and I almost immediately had issues with most of the transition moldings that were laid down between the flooring transitions to bedroom carpet and bathroom tile and kitchen tile. They tried gluing it down upon installation but only days later, the glue gave, never adhered, it was messy, and they just popped up. Having a rugrat in the home in my now 11 month old daughter, it is also a concern of mine as she, on occasion has made her way over to the loose transition. I contacted We'll Floor U and explained the situation to an employee over the phone. He told me he would contact the man who installed the floors and get back to me. Never heard back. One week later I called again and spoke to a guy who's name I'll keep out. He told me he would get installer to come back out and get it fixed and get back to me shortly. Never heard back. 2 weeks later, I called again. Mind you, I was easy, calm, collective about the situation. Spoke to someone again, explained the situation, telling them this is the 3rd time I have called in the last three weeks about it and every time I am told I will be called back to schedule repair and never hear back. They were apologetic and told me they would need to call installer to get details about what is needed and get back to me. I reluctantly agreed to have them call me back, and to no surprise NEVER heard from them again! I call a week later, this time I am a bit more annoyed. At this point we are already into MAY! Friday, May 12th to be exact. Spoke to employee again that I had specifically spoken to already more than once. He told me he would contact installer and get back to me on Monday. He later texted me from his cell phone saying he would actually call me Tues. as he forgot he was off on Monday. Guess what??? NEVER HEARD. After leaving another message (not so nice this time) employee returns my call. No apology mind you, but did finally come over to look at the transitions. He was embarrassed by the work. Even said himself, "Wow, that's embarrassing," when looking at the moldings. Told me he would contact installer and have him come out to replace them but that he couldn't solidify a date at the moment because he had to order the parts and that he would call me. I assumed he would considering he actually came over and knew how upset I was. He never called me. Instead, as my wife and I were walking out the door with my daughter to visit my parents, 4 guys rolled up to my place a week later to make the repairs. No phone call to confirm a day and time. Just sent them over. So I rearrange my entire schedule because I wanted to get it done, however we couldn't get it done. Installer went to the truck to get the moldings and employee sent him random moldings that didn't even remotely match the color of the wood! Installer, annoyed at the situation instead re-glued the transitions, but did drill one of them. Of course a few days later, the glued transitions came up again. Called same employee again and questioned if he had my order on file as I was confused why installer was sent with incorrect transactions. He said he did but went with an in - stock transition that he thought was the same color from his memory of color wood we ordered from 3 months ago! He was WRONG. So he told me he would have to order the correct ones (I thought that was what he originally going to do). That takes us to today well over 2 weeks since I last left message. Haven't heard back. Called and left messages too. NOTHING! Last ditch effort, I recently filed complaint with BBB as, at this point I feel blatantly ignored and essentially ripped off. Sad to have to write this review.
