I cannot say enough great things about Bonnie Tile . I wanted to support a local establishment, but I'm not going to lie.... I did do an internet search after choosing my tile and the prices were the same. However, the fact that I had both Jenna and Amanda PATIENTLY helping me chose color schemes, sizes, and general decor decisions was invaluable to me. I'm an awful decision maker, especially with so many beautiful choices. Both Jenna and Amanda never made me feel rushed, nor ridiculous for my indecisiveness. The customer service was tested yet again when the beautiful shiny bathroom wall tile I selected had a "grip" (matte) tile for the floor of the shower and bathroom floor. They did not have a sample of this "grip" tile in stock but I assumed "how much different could it be?" (Famous last words lol.) when we received It, it looked like a completely different tile. They were also shocked when they saw it, immediately contacted the rep from the company who completely agreed and rushed me a substitute which worked perfectly. No time was wasted. I also chose a quartz countertop for the bathroom but beware.... There's about a thousand gorgeous options to chose from. Ok, I may be exaggerating that number, but not by much! Once again, Jenna and Amanda to the rescue. I'm madly in love with the selection they helped me choose. I have to give a special shout out to the fabricator, Felipe. He was such a joy to deal with. Without going into detail, after the template was made "I" personally made a mistake by changing some plumbing which meant changing the placement of the sinks. I never called and told him and when he brought the quartz to install it was cut wrong (again: MY FAULT.) I was literally in tears. Between Felipe and Amanda and Jenna, they all took pity on my, rushed the new fabrication and dropped a few small fees as a good will gesture. They did not have to do any of that because, to reiterate IT WAS MY DUMB FAULT! So.... The moral of the story is this: when you renovate your house there's going to be problems you cannot even fathom until they happen to you. We personally chose higher end ($$$$) plumbers electricians, kitchen cabinet manufacturer and installer, etc. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. It's not like we are paying extra money to have our a$$es kissed... we want things done correctly and if a mistake is made we want acknowledgment and to have it quickly resolved. This has not been the case with any of these professionals EXCEPT Bonnie Tile. I pray to all that is holy that I never do another whole house renovation. But I will not hesitate to use Bonnie Tile again, and will highly recommend this business to all of my friends. read more

Wow! The service at this place is superb! An associate there- Amanda, has been helping my husband and I pick out backsplash tile for our new home. She took the time and the care to make sure we saw everything the store has to offer. The staff gave us some excellent ideas for materials and style. We will continue to shop around and correspond with the design team at Bonnie's. I'm not very creative and I do not have a eye for design BUT having the staff at Bonnie tile help has been a lifesaver! Cannot wait to see how our kitchen comes out! read more

Michelle and Amanda at Bonnie Tile are inspiring. They can really help you envision what's right for you. They do not impose their choices on you, but they will not let you make foolish choices either. They helped us plan our bathrooms, and they came out amazing. Such beautiful tile! They really stand behind their work too. We had an issue with the grout in the 1st bathroom and they took care of of it immediately, no questions asked. So, of course we went back to get their expert advice when we remodeled our kitchen. They are invaluable. I would never go anywhere else. I wish we could give them 10 stars! read more

Used Bonnie Tile to install a new shower in master bath and tile the floors throughout condo. Everything was done flawlessly, efficiently and in a timely manner. They have a great staff from Michelle the sales associate that helped us select the tile, all the way to Sonny who managed the onsite work. I like supporting local family owned and operated businesses and they didn't disappoint. Their showroom isn't huge but it has quality and current merchandise to choose from. I had no problem finding what I liked there even after shopping at various other tile places. I would definitely recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate using them again in the future. I contacted Dennis at Bonnie Tile concerning a rather small job of replacing a faded stencil on our tile on the wall behind our stove . We ended up attaching a different style weave pattern to cover the damaged area . Dennis did a great job in personally figuring out how to replace the small section. Part of the job involved scraping out some old discolored grout which got forgotten even by us . One month later Dennis called me way after I had paid the bill to make sure he sent someone back to fix this small area we had forgotten . Very unusual on a small job !!! read more

I would NOT recommend Bonnie Tile. We had tile installed in our house and, while the final product is mostly to our satisfaction, the actual experience was less than pleasant. I had just had the interior of my house painted and the installation crew berated me for having done this BEFORE having floors installed. I found their greasy black handprints all over my freshly painted walls! They attempted to fix this, but I had to spend $50 buying new paint and they did a less than stellar job. They also killed our grass outside while using our garden hose and left the water running numerous times while they weren't using it. Cost of new grass: Another $50. After putting in the bathroom tile, they re-installed our sink only for us to find it leaking on our brand new tile 2 days later. They told my husband repeatedly that they had applied sealant to our floor and then, as they were leaving, said we should add "real" sealant because their sealant was mixed in with the grout and probably not very useful. Finally, these guys showed up hours late on occasion and on some days, not at all - after I had rearranged my schedule to be at home to let them in. The part that makes me most upset is that when I called to talk to the owner of Bonnie Tile, Dennis, he didn't seem to care very much about my concerns. He said, "This is just all about the money, right?" Me: "No Sir, I would think that as the owner of a store, you would want to know about a negative experience so that you can address it and move on." Wow, would never recommend this place! read more

brand new home and guess who installed the tile???? bonnie thats who some of the tile has no grout and every tile in both bathrooms is either not lined up or not flush etc etc....... will not can not and have not recommended bonnie tile of jupiter , we have giving them 7 weeks to make it good nothing but excuses and attitude from the owner dennis not the workers he takes your money but no responsibility !!!! i just met him and do not like him !!!!! as soon as i saw his work and met with him to discuss it ,i could see right through him what a joke now here comes court unless the builder makes good read more
