They were very patient as I worked through my project ideas and answered all my questions. When the work was in progress they were thorough and skilled. They rearranged the cabinets and added some new ones that matched perfectly. They built out the cabinet over the fridge and gave my refrigerator a built in look, and then finished it all by adding crown molding. My uncle needed a simple switch replaced for his sprinkler system. The switch wasn't available for purchase as a single unit, and my uncle would have to buy a whole new unit. But, she basically steered him wrong in telling him what he needed to buy, and he wound up shorting out the unit because it wasn't what he asked for. When he returned to the store, he again attempted to explain what he needed and why what she sold him didn't work. She was again rude to him and didn't seem to understand the technical aspects of the system my uncle was trying to repair. I believe that any establishment that wants to stay in business should have a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff member that treats customers with respect. Perhaps this store owner should re-evaluate this staff member's customer service skills and offer her a refresher course on this, as well as the items she is selling.

Kelly Stone cut and installed countertops for me and when I tried to change out my stove I…read morediscovered that the countertops were not cut correctly, they are crooked and out of square cut. Now I can not fit my stove into the space that should be a standard 30". I contacted the company to send someone out to correct it and I was told that I would have to pay an additional $250 service call, plus "whatever they would charge for the grinding." It is shocking that they will not correct it without charging me this outrageous amount to fix their mistake! Kelly Stone clearly does not care about the quality of their work or their customers. I will never use or refer them again.

This was a good idea just to make sure we liked what we were buying. The staff was knowledgeable and worked hard to cut and install our kitchen countertop within the 5 week window we were working with. The installers were very professional, efficient and did an extremely good job with delivery. At times I felt the communication could have been better as we had a small issue which was quickly resolved after the installer suggested an excellent fit. Alfredo was involved from beginning to end to ensure we have were satisfied customers. He was absolutely excellent and professional from beginning to end. Customers are most satisfied when something small and unexpected happens and the issue is resolved quickly with patience and professionalism. Thats was the case here and I can highly recommend Kelly Stone.
