He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

All the work is done by handymen not licensed professionals. The plumbing and electrical work were done by unlicensed handymen. The guy who installed our medicine chest put three screws through the opposite wall and George blamed it on our walls being too thin?!? The opening for the chest would allow any person to see the opposing wall and how big the screws need to be to not go through the wall. It took 3 weeks to get them to patch and paint the wall (I supplied the paint). As far as a licensed general contractor, we never saw anyone. The "project manager" handles everything via pictures. All the handymen took pictures at the end of the day and sent them to someone. I don't know how the quality of the work can be Judged by a pix taken on an iPhone. Our project was managed by the invisible man, I'm just glad the project is over and can't wait to see what issues arise. Two shout outs to the countertop guys and the furniture refinisher who stained the cabinet trim which came in the wrong color. They were the only professionals we saw.

I cannot say enough great things about Bonnie Tile . I…read morewanted to support a local establishment, but I'm not going to lie.... I did do an internet search after choosing my tile and the prices were the same. However, the fact that I had both Jenna and Amanda PATIENTLY helping me chose color schemes, sizes, and general decor decisions was invaluable to me. I'm an awful decision maker, especially with so many beautiful choices. Both Jenna and Amanda never made me feel rushed, nor ridiculous for my indecisiveness. The customer service was tested yet again when the beautiful shiny bathroom wall tile I selected had a "grip" (matte) tile for the floor of the shower and bathroom floor. They did not have a sample of this "grip" tile in stock but I assumed "how much different could it be?" (Famous last words lol.) when we received It, it looked like a completely different tile. They were also shocked when they saw it, immediately contacted the rep from the company who completely agreed and rushed me a substitute which worked perfectly. No time was wasted. I also chose a quartz countertop for the bathroom but beware.... There's about a thousand gorgeous options to chose from. Ok, I may be exaggerating that number, but not by much! Once again, Jenna and Amanda to the rescue. I'm madly in love with the selection they helped me choose. I have to give a special shout out to the fabricator, Felipe. He was such a joy to deal with. Without going into detail, after the template was made "I" personally made a mistake by changing some plumbing which meant changing the placement of the sinks. I never called and told him and when he brought the quartz to install it was cut wrong (again: MY FAULT.) I was literally in tears. Between Felipe and Amanda and Jenna, they all took pity on my, rushed the new fabrication and dropped a few small fees as a good will gesture. They did not have to do any of that because, to reiterate IT WAS MY DUMB FAULT! So.... The moral of the story is this: when you renovate your house there's going to be problems you cannot even fathom until they happen to you. We personally chose higher end ($$$$) plumbers electricians, kitchen cabinet manufacturer and installer, etc. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. It's not like we are paying extra money to have our a$$es kissed... we want things done correctly and if a mistake is made we want acknowledgment and to have it quickly resolved. This has not been the case with any of these professionals EXCEPT Bonnie Tile. I pray to all that is holy that I never do another whole house renovation. But I will not hesitate to use Bonnie Tile again, and will highly recommend this business to all of my friends.

I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.
