Our experience working with them was excellent in terms of the caliber of cabinetry and countertops offered, creativity of design, and follow-up after installation. The store offered a high-quality selection of both cabinetry and countertops suitable for the outdoors. We had a certain tone of cabinetry in mind which was not immediately available; however, Schrapper's researched other options and found exactly what we wanted. The design of the kitchen was important to us, and our kitchen designer carefully incorporated our input and integrated his creativity to optimize the design. Review of the cabana design by the County required us to modify the layout of the cabana, and our designer immediately redesigned portions of the kitchen to comply with the County's requirements. Schrapper's also worked seamlessly with our appliance vendor to ensure appliances were properly incorporated into the design and installed alongside the cabinetry. Above all, Schrapper's worked diligently to ensure the kitchen was completed within the very tight timeframe imposed by our homeowners' association. In short, Schrapper's did an excellent job of creating an outdoor kitchen that we're proud of. From initial kitchen design to selection of materials and installation, we were happy with the service we received.

Bonine Tate (ugh) told me that since I had another powder room in my 1000 sq ft apartment that my finishing was "hardly considered an emergency" even though I had people coming in to care for me during my surgery that needed the other bathroom. The "finished product is NOT acceptable, they chinced on everything from the quartz thickness, to the baby-like faucet, to the home depot lighting to the NON_BEVELED mirror ( put up with gaps from the globs of glue used) when beveled was promised...She never even ordered beveled because when they were installing it the mirror company stated "oh, you coldn't have ordered beveled because we would have had to order that-m we don't do beveled" THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! ESPECIALLY BONNIE THE LIAR I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH, but I think the rest aren't any better

I spoke with Rob and he came out immediately and could see what a mess I was dealing with. He was able to install a double oven and most importantly correct every cabinet that was installed incorrectly which was all of them. He was there with his assistant for hours worked with a positive attitude and never stopped. Before he left, he was kind enough to install some blinds that I had no one to help me with. Gretchen, the designer and project manager, made sure all my requests were fulfilled and then some. She had the perfect balance of supporting my ideas but also interjecting when things needed tweaking. Jeff, the general contractor, ensured all jobs were completed with quality material and skilled workmanship. I was so impressed with how everything flowed from Demo Day 1, to ordering materials, to coordinating painters/plumbers/electricians/carpenters/etc. to the final days of completion.
