I have seen them take time with obviously clueless customers to find obscure parts for old plumbing. This is actually annoying to contractors. They are a wholesaler that sells to other businesses and contractors. So, my experience has been great, John who works at the plumbing counter gets our orders right. The office staff is also friendly and helpful. So, please keep in mind this is a wholesale business that sells 1,000 of dollars at time to other businesses. Celtic Home Gallery recently finished the renovation of my home…read more From the first meeting until completion, we had a fabulous experience working together. My initial meeting with Cliff and his team set the pace for a successful project. They were professional, extremely knowledgable, and creative in achieving my vision. We stayed very close to the estimate and completion was far ahead of schedule. With that, my designer and I did our part in making our selections in a timely manner. Finalizing decisions quickly allowed for Celtic to be efficient with renovations. I have built homes in the past and feel that the workmanship done was high quality work. My kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities are beautifully crafted. The subcontractors ( tile, electric, plumbing) were top notch and very neat and clean. I would more than highly recommend Celtic. ⁃ A very happy home owner

Grandview is an appropriately named store if you need a new kitchen…read more My new kitchen is now Grand and the View is gorgeous! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. The team worked swiftly and with the care and precision you could only dream of for people working in your home. Best of all, the project came in ON BUDGET and was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Kitchens! If you're even considering a kitchen project of any size or scale, call Susana. You will not regret it! Andrew S. 12/1/2021

We had them do a complete Kitchen remodel 1 year ago. The product itself and Susana whom helped us…read moreduring the process was amazing. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

We had a bathroom remodel. We are a repeat customer because they did our granite kitchen countertop…read moreand the people who did it were OK. All the work is done by handymen not licensed professionals. The plumbing and electrical work were done by unlicensed handymen. The guy who installed our medicine chest put three screws through the opposite wall and George blamed it on our walls being too thin?!? The opening for the chest would allow any person to see the opposing wall and how big the screws need to be to not go through the wall. It took 3 weeks to get them to patch and paint the wall (I supplied the paint). As far as a licensed general contractor, we never saw anyone. The "project manager" handles everything via pictures. All the handymen took pictures at the end of the day and sent them to someone. I don't know how the quality of the work can be Judged by a pix taken on an iPhone. Our project was managed by the invisible man, I'm just glad the project is over and can't wait to see what issues arise. Two shout outs to the countertop guys and the furniture refinisher who stained the cabinet trim which came in the wrong color. They were the only professionals we saw.

I cannot say enough great things about Bonnie Tile . I…read morewanted to support a local establishment, but I'm not going to lie.... I did do an internet search after choosing my tile and the prices were the same. However, the fact that I had both Jenna and Amanda PATIENTLY helping me chose color schemes, sizes, and general decor decisions was invaluable to me. I'm an awful decision maker, especially with so many beautiful choices. Both Jenna and Amanda never made me feel rushed, nor ridiculous for my indecisiveness. The customer service was tested yet again when the beautiful shiny bathroom wall tile I selected had a "grip" (matte) tile for the floor of the shower and bathroom floor. They did not have a sample of this "grip" tile in stock but I assumed "how much different could it be?" (Famous last words lol.) when we received It, it looked like a completely different tile. They were also shocked when they saw it, immediately contacted the rep from the company who completely agreed and rushed me a substitute which worked perfectly. No time was wasted. I also chose a quartz countertop for the bathroom but beware.... There's about a thousand gorgeous options to chose from. Ok, I may be exaggerating that number, but not by much! Once again, Jenna and Amanda to the rescue. I'm madly in love with the selection they helped me choose. I have to give a special shout out to the fabricator, Felipe. He was such a joy to deal with. Without going into detail, after the template was made "I" personally made a mistake by changing some plumbing which meant changing the placement of the sinks. I never called and told him and when he brought the quartz to install it was cut wrong (again: MY FAULT.) I was literally in tears. Between Felipe and Amanda and Jenna, they all took pity on my, rushed the new fabrication and dropped a few small fees as a good will gesture. They did not have to do any of that because, to reiterate IT WAS MY DUMB FAULT! So.... The moral of the story is this: when you renovate your house there's going to be problems you cannot even fathom until they happen to you. We personally chose higher end ($$$$) plumbers electricians, kitchen cabinet manufacturer and installer, etc. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. It's not like we are paying extra money to have our a$$es kissed... we want things done correctly and if a mistake is made we want acknowledgment and to have it quickly resolved. This has not been the case with any of these professionals EXCEPT Bonnie Tile. I pray to all that is holy that I never do another whole house renovation. But I will not hesitate to use Bonnie Tile again, and will highly recommend this business to all of my friends.

I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.
