The seller paid this company $1300 to do the cheapest and IMO worst job I have ever seen. There was about a 3+ foot hump in the ground due to not grinding the stump down, the one worker was tossing sod like a frisbee over top of the stump-sort of like the movie Big Daddy covering the problem with newspaper. No soil first. Left sawdust in the soil under the sod. I had to conference the owner and the seller's agent about the poor job and the owner insisted the tree has been there for 100 years and they spent 5 hours grinding it down with an attitude. I said idc you need to finish and do it as if it were your own backyard. Eventually they came back out to rectify it, it is still not done to standard, with a lump in the yard, but it was good enough to just say go away and please stop working on my yard. I rarely leave bad reviews. ever. This was honestly one of the more defeating processes I have dealt with. Be aware, choose someone else.

Called Conserva Irrigation the guys super honest and fair. The guy did the job in 2 hours $485. Didn't need to get a new Control Panel or new electrical system, we didn't had to change 2 valves "only 1". I was just in shock how contractors think consumers are idiots. Beware!

Angel from Tropical Landscape came out the same day I called him and evaluated my system and educates me on everything that had been done improperly on them. His Crew (who were wonderful) came out today (just a few days after I met with Angel) and fixed my entire system!! I am thrilled and highly recommend Tropical Landscaping! They also trim trees and fix papers so I will be using them alot!
