Paver Savers was at our home today at the exact time our appointment was scheduled for. We were having our double driveway, front entrance walkway and lanai pavers all power washed and sealed. They also used a chemical product to remove any stains or debris marks off the pavers. Melissa who was my contact person in setting up our initial appointment for the estimate , scheduling our appointment and following up to make sure we were please with Paver Savers processes and procedures was terrific. The two gentleman who came to our home to provide the service were outstanding. They were polite, thorough, took their time in each step and answers all my numerous questions. They took great care in protecting our exterior walls, lanai screen enclosure screens and framing. They were very efficient in their work. They were at our home for 5 hours. They explained when not to and when and to walk on the sealed pavers and when we could drive on our sealed paver driveway as well as to when we could put our outdoor furniture back on the lanai. The travertine around our pool started to get tiny weeds growing between tiles and needed a few minor fixes here and there with loose tiles around a few edges. It was simply by chance that I heard about this company, a coworker said she was getting her pavers cleaned and sealed and I told her I needed that too! So I called and booked a consultation/estimate appointment and soon after booked a date. I did have to settle for an opening several weeks out, but hey- if they are that busy, they must be good, right?! RIGHT!! Oh man, the travertine looks better than new!! From estimate to completion it was a pleasure working with Paver Savers. During the inspection everything that was needed to be done was explained and the costs were clearly itemized. I received confirmation of my appointment as well as a reminder notice. My scheduled appointment time was 9 am and the team (2 men) arrived promptly. They moved my heavy patio furniture out of the lanai and then explained what that would be doing. Bria was very easy to work with and answered any questions I had. They completed the job about 4:15. They were able to remove the stains and now, 2 days later the pavers have a rich color and look brand new. 18 Months Later I imagine most paver restorations look great the first month, how the restoration looks months later is the true test. I waited 18 months after my driveway restoration before posting a review. Quick review - the driveway looks almost as good today as the day the restoration was completed. The Details - I had two areas that needed repaired. On the side of the entrance walkway the concrete barrier cracked, and the pavers were uneven. At the entrance to the garage the pavers where sunken under the path of the car's tires. Both areas look as good today as the day they were repaired with no uneven pavers. I also had the whole driveway cleaned and sealed. The driveway still looks great, with no signs of black mold and significantly less weed growth between pavers. These guys were awesome, they did an outstanding job installing our paver driveway. Steve kept in constant contact with us prior to and during the entire project. He stopped by several times through out the project to make sure we were happy and everything was being done to our liking. His crew leader Jorge and the entire crew were fantastic. The main concern they had was that we liked what we saw and let them know if we didn't like something. We were told countless times, we are her to make sure you are happy with the entire project. This is our second time using Paver Savers, they were great the first time and they were great this time as well. The team arrived at the agreed upon time and completed all work in a timely manor. I was informed prior to the scheduled appointment of the Paver Saver Team arrival, which was right on time. Paver Savers came to our newly purchased 14-year old home in Mirasol and performed magic on the washed out pavers that were located around the pool and patio! Called to make an appointment. They confirmed through email and followed up before coming. Steve was thorough and easy to speak with. They wanted no money until I was happy with the completed project!!!! Arrived right on schedule and worked a long day to complete. After a days drying I called to say I wanted it darker.
