Perfect Pavers did a "perfect" job cleaning, sanding, and sealing my backyard pool patio and my…read morefront driveway pavers. My home is almost 20 years old, so I did not expect to get the dramatic before and after effect like some of the pcis in their ads, but I was extremely impressed with the results. The price is not cheap, but two men were here for two days, pressure cleaning on the first day, laying sand in all the joints and applying sealer the second day. I can say that I am extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.

Imagine getting emails explaining about how they can no longer provide maintenance on our pavers -…read morethat they have serviced for more than a year - because they'll be unfamiliar with the pavers? Seriously. You'd think that seeing greenery on the floor of the garden and seeing tan stone squares on the floor makes it rather easy to distinguish which are pavers. It's remarkable -- see the pics of their emails for details. Initially, I hired them to remove the wrong tile sealant that another company used. They removed the sealant but in the process, their chemicals got into the pool and the pool needed to be drained and the walls were scrubbed before the chemicals were added to set up the pool. The bushes and plants around the property edge were also impacted - we lost several because of the chemicals they used. (Please see the pics that I texted them when this happened.) Initially, I put my reviews in the wrong "Perfect Paver" company and want to be sure to post this where it belongs - with this company out of Ohio, who serves our area and has a nearest office in Palm Beach Gardens. Go to their website (www.perfectpaverco.com) or look at the pics below for more info. Bottom line, this company changed its service offerings because of a change of employees, so they said. Most companies just hire another person to continue servicing their customers.

-- Outstanding Debt Left Unpaid…read more As a former independent contractor performing inspections and repairs, my experience with this company was extremely frustrating. I dealt with delayed payments, repeated excuses, wasted time and gas, and an outstanding debt for work I completed that was never fully paid. Even after quitting, I had to make multiple attempts to collect my pay, only to be given the runaround. I spent three weeks without payment, which caused financial hardship and made it difficult to keep up with my rent and other responsibilities. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, I believe approximately $2,000 remains outstanding and unpaid. I have retained text messages and documentation related to the work and payment discussions. Hard work deserves fair compensation. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend working with this company.

JEFFERY IS NOT A LICENSCED CONTRACTOR. PLEASE CHECK THE LICENSE # BEFORE HIRING HIM. I hired H T…read moreConstruction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my foyer, living room and dining room area. Jeffery came to my home and installed my vinyl flooring. The floor cracks when I walk on it and the planks are not properly locked together. Also, when I walk on the floor, I stump my toes because the floor is so poorly installed the ridges from where they are supposed to join are raised off the floor. I tried to resolve these issues with Jeffery with no resolution. Jeffery was rude and constantly talked over me and made it clear that I did not know how a floor should look, and I did not know what I was talking about even though I have laminated flooring in other parts of my home. Jeffery also told me he installed a FLOATING FLOOR. FLOATING FLOORS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, MY FLOOR. It would not take a professional contractor to look at my floor and know it was installed poorly. My advice is run do not walk away from H T Construction. All of the hype you see on their website; not true. They will take your money and not do the work correctly. Also let me add I requested a breakdown of my PAID invoice and have not received that as of this date 07/27/2024. The room painting was done poorly; painted the air conditioning thermostat and vent, window chain used to open and close the verticals. Did not tape off anything just painted. I was also charged for an electrician that never came to replace and check my electrical outlets. Two floor installers showed up to do the floor installation; one was a young man who looked like he was still in high school and did not have any idea of how to install flooring. Jeffery told me maybe the flooring was defective. When I questioned him if the floor was defective, he should have seen that as the floor was being installed and not installed the flooring and I could have retuned the flooring. This was another attempt to shift the blame for the poorly installed flooring to something or someone else. H T CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS INC
