We now have uneven spots and the new flooring is already coming up throughout the whole house. I spent a lot of money for really bad results.

I was really impressed with Jorge - so sincere and kind. I asked if he could match a lower quote i'd received, but understandably, he couldn't. unfortunately, I decided to go with the cheaper guy...and it ended up being one nightmare after another - in the end, it cost me even more than J Garcia's quote! It was a total mess....I REALLY regretted not hiring Jorge!!! Fast forward to 2025 - i needed to remove a wood fence and rebuild a new one on the other side of my house. I called J Garcia. James, the sales guy, came out and spent a lot of time analyzing what i needed. I was so impressed with his technical fence knowledge and attention to detail ...and he was just as kind and sincere as I'd remembered Jorge being. he even said they would fix the failing gate that the cheaper fence guy built in 2021! I hired them without even getting another quote! Jorge's kindness clearly permeates his entire company: Their permit manager, Kathy, is so helpful and resourceful and has a vast knowledge of the permitting process. George, the project manager, was there every step of the way, and when we encountered a minor hiccup, he addressed it immediately with professionalism and patience. Pedro, the installer was amazingly meticulous and precise -- truly a master craftsman! Oscar, Roberta and the whole team have amazing follow up. And James (sales) was available throughout the install to answer any questions. I've already referred J Garcia to two different neighbors, who seem to be just as impressed. I can't recommend them enough! I love my new fence!

They were the 3rd company I got a quote from and I'm so happy I waited & found them! Here's why: PROS: - The initial call was thorough and not rushed. James - a licensed electrician - was very kind and started the process by asking for pics to get an idea for a quote which he quickly provided - Days later James' repair specialist, Xavier, came to do the work. He was a lively, smiley and incredibly polite character who explained the process of the project every step of the way - Xavier manoeuvred expertly through the attic into areas other workers had said was too narrow - Hours later, an outlet was installed and connected to a new switch on the electrical panel (a relatively short amount of time to be honest!) - All dust & debris in the washroom where the work was completed as well as out in the garage where the attic was being used was cleared and swept... Xavier did this without being required to, asked or prompted - The cost of the job was in the range of but still below what the other electricians were charging - The work was done perfectly I won't hesitate to call these guys in the future or recommend them to others and neither should you. An easy 5 stars in my opinion!
