Their incompetence is evident in their willingness to make claims about matters that their own report states are out of scope--claims that are consistently incorrect. Their irresponsibility is further demonstrated by their only defense: that such errors are common industry practice. They are incompetent because their inspector overlooks obvious, glaring issues that are right in front of them. They are irresponsible because, when confronted with photographic evidence of their mistakes, they rely on evasive language to avoid accountability. A staggering 50% to 60% of the content in their reports is either wrong or misleading, and they take no steps to rectify their errors. To make matters worse, they are not even affordable!
