Gilberto went with us to the tile store to select the tiles and his people brought the tiles from the store to our house. They covered the furniture or moved it to the garage and covered it nicely to avoid any damage or dust. After all the work was done they put the furniture back in the house. They also hung all the paintings and pictures. Gilberto Leon came with the workers and checked on the work. He also followed up with us from time to time and kept us informed on the progress. Nick came out to give me an estimate, and right away I was impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward he was. There was no wishy-washiness about pricing or what was needed -- he explained everything clearly and honestly. I told him I wanted my floors done right after my cabinets were installed, and he made sure to fit me into the schedule. Although Nick wasn't the one physically installing the floors, he closely monitored the entire process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he not only answered quickly but also came out in person to make sure things were handled properly. When the installers discovered mold behind the molding, Nick personally went to Home Depot to get the right materials and treated it for me at no extra cost. He even helped with unrelated issues: when the interior door to my garage became misaligned during the process, Nick got tools, tried to fix it himself, and then explained what I needed to do since the springs were old. On top of that, when another contractor I was working with left me in a tough spot, Nick stepped in to connect me with someone reliable to fix the problem. The floor itself looks beautiful -- the quality of both the flooring and the padding is excellent. But what really makes me recommend Quantum Floors so highly is Nick. He is professional, proactive, and truly cares about his customers. While Quantum might not be the cheapest option compared to big-box or "fly-by-night" places, the honesty, service, and results are worth every penny. At the end, he charged more than anyone else because materials were not included, but were included on all others. I paid a total of $ 7,642.02 For that amount of money, he was supposed to deliver a good and "Prestige"quality job. 1- He lowered the ceiling in a room where he was supposed to only remove the popcorn. 2 - The material used for the project was not the right material, wasn't strong enough to hold the drywall to the ceiling. 3 - The paint used started to peel the very next day. 4 - The ceiling started cracking the very next day he fixed it. 5 - The ceiling is bulging. He came 3 times after he finished but can't be fix because the whole structure wasn't made properly. 6 - I specifically told him that I had multiple eye surgeries due to retinal detachment on both eyes and I was very sensitive to light. I needed warm light, instead, he put 5K lights all over my place, the ones that are commonly use for garages, not for homes. When I asked about the lights, he lied and told me that those were soft white... After many days, asking him to prove that those strong lights were soft white, he finally confessed and agreed to replace them. 7 - The finish of the ceiling is not flat or knocked down. Has different textures everywhere and patches. Now my ceiling is bulging, you can see bumps and lines everywhere. To fix the problem I would have to demolish everything and start all over, which will cost me $10,500 at least.

After a few days and no email I decided to reach out, an email finally came. I attached my photos and the specifics of the job. Meanwhile I had received a couple on site visits and quotes from other concrete contractors in the area. A couple weeks later I finally received my quote and it was about 5 times more than the other quotes I received. It's hard to say if that is how much they charge or if they just increased the price because they didn't want the job. Regardless, by the time I received the quote the job was already completed at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of their work because we never made it that far.
