South Florida's Best Home Inspection - Meet our inspector Joe Cosentino, a Florida native.

Living in Florida I find it is very hard to find good, responsible and reliable people to work…read morewith. Holly and Joe were not only that but very polite and kind throughout this entire process. Joe did an amazing job inspecting our new house. He was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just kind. But most importantly, he was VERY thorough with the inspection. He is very detail oriented and caught even the smallest details of the house. He took his time to deliver the best possible report. Mind you it was a big house and he didn't rush at all. After the inspection was done he made sure to explain every single item for me, even the ones I didn't fully understand he enlightened me. He was at the house until 6pm and all the reports were in my inbox the next day in the morning. Holly was just a sweetheart! Very professional, timely and kind too. Buying a house is extremely stressful and I he was able to make the process feel a bit less stressful. For that and for the VERY thorough work, I am grateful. 1000/10! Highly recommend them! Natalia

Fast-forward .we've now hired Joe and Holly three times for our own home inspections, and every single experience has been outstanding. Joe is incredibly meticulous and knowledgeable, and Holly manages the coordination side with such professionalism, responsiveness, and warmth. Together, they make a fantastic team .organized, honest, and genuinely committed to their clients' peace of mind. Their detailed reports and clear communication have given us total confidence every time we've needed to make an important home decision. If you're looking for an inspection team you can trust completely, Joe and Holly are the ones to call!

I've never experienced an inspection like this. The company showed up with five people -- one even…read morein a tie -- and spent the entire time acting pretentious rather than professional. Instead of giving a fair assessment, they made the house seem like it was 300 years old and about to collapse. This is a historic home of just over 100 years, and multiple prior inspections have consistently reflected that it's in the condition of a 50-year-old home. Their exaggerations were not only inaccurate but also irresponsible, ultimately scaring away the buyers. If you're looking for accuracy, professionalism, and balanced reporting, I would strongly recommend choosing another inspection company.

This company is both incompetent and irresponsible. They are…read moreincompetent because they failed to conduct a simple online search of the city's new permitting platform, falsely reporting that permits were open when they were, in fact, closed. They are irresponsible because, even when presented with clear evidence of their mistake, they refuse to acknowledge their error and instead hide behind boilerplate language, claiming they "encourage owners to get a second opinion." Their incompetence is evident in their willingness to make claims about matters that their own report states are out of scope--claims that are consistently incorrect. Their irresponsibility is further demonstrated by their only defense: that such errors are common industry practice. They are incompetent because their inspector overlooks obvious, glaring issues that are right in front of them. They are irresponsible because, when confronted with photographic evidence of their mistakes, they rely on evasive language to avoid accountability. A staggering 50% to 60% of the content in their reports is either wrong or misleading, and they take no steps to rectify their errors. To make matters worse, they are not even affordable!
