South Florida can feel like a jungle when you're trying to find quality contractors you can genuinely trust with a major home renovation. My wife and I were fortunate--on our second attempt--to find Excell Tile, and even more fortunate to work with our salesperson, Lucas, and the rest of their outstanding team.
Excell handles complete renovations, but for our project we hired them for their specialty: installation. Ours was a substantial 2,000-square-foot project involving the removal and disposal of old engineered wood flooring, as well as the replacement of tile on two balconies. Their team then installed soundproofing, new engineered hardwood flooring, balcony tile, and baseboards throughout our home.
The process began with a prompt and accurate measurement of the space, followed by a clear, detailed, and very competitive proposal. I had done my homework and felt comfortable accepting it immediately.
Excell also prepared all the required documentation for our condominium association and handled the filing process for the City of Delray Beach permit. That alone removed a great deal of stress and made the entire project much easier for us.
