After a brief phone call they told me they would email me so I could send some photos and they would work up a virtual quote. After a few days and no email I decided to reach out, an email finally came. I attached my photos and the specifics of the job. Meanwhile I had received a couple on site visits and quotes from other concrete contractors in the area. A couple weeks later I finally received my quote and it was about 5 times more than the other quotes I received. It's hard to say if that is how much they charge or if they just increased the price because they didn't want the job. Regardless, by the time I received the quote the job was already completed at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of their work because we never made it that far.

The roof leaks badly and has caused a lot of water damage inside the property. I didn't have to lift a finger to pick up one little scrap!!!! I would rate them a 10 plus, plus. The entire crew was very, very polite. If I had any questions, they had the answer whether it was a question I asked of the foreman, or if I called the office (they do answer the phone). Being polite goes a long way, and they were all very polite. I've dealt with many people at my age (79 plus). It is a shame not all companies are like this one. Thank you for everything.

My condo spent over $6,000 for a custom awning by this company and received an ill-fitting, wrinkled and ripping awning. (See pictures below). We have had this awning only two months and the first installer said he couldn't / wouldn't install it because it was measured wrong. Hoover Architectural never did deliver and install an awning that fit. They do not answer our calls, nor do they return messages. Do not go into business with these people. What I received in return was chaos, poor communication, and little meaningful progress. Communication was terrible. Nearly every conversation resulted in changed statements or denial of prior commitments. I repeatedly asked for clarity on where my money was going and never received a clear accounting. I was told doors and windows had been ordered -- they were not. Subcontractors showed up at my home expecting payment and later stopped coming because they were not paid. There was no consistent supervision, no reliable schedule, and no transparency. The experience felt like constant overpromising followed by underdelivering. If you are considering this company, DON'T DO IT. Based on my experience, I STRONGLY regret hiring them.
