Mark from Landscape Illumination Specialists was AMAZING! I interviewed a few different companies…read morebefore moving forward with Landscape Illumination Specialists. Mark came out to the property personally and waked and talked me through different options for lighting. He then worked with us on pricing and some options to save some money. He then personally came to install the lighting and electrical himself (instead of sending a third party crew). After a few weeks of enjoying our lights, our rambunctious puppies chewed threw the wiring. Mark promptly came back to the property. He worked with us to re-wire, and illuminate our backyard. This company was hired by the seller of our new house to rectify a tree removal due to HOA…read moreviolation. We were quoted $2,800-3,500 across the board. The seller paid this company $1300 to do the cheapest and IMO worst job I have ever seen. There was about a 3+ foot hump in the ground due to not grinding the stump down, the one worker was tossing sod like a frisbee over top of the stump-sort of like the movie Big Daddy covering the problem with newspaper. No soil first. Left sawdust in the soil under the sod. I had to conference the owner and the seller's agent about the poor job and the owner insisted the tree has been there for 100 years and they spent 5 hours grinding it down with an attitude. I said idc you need to finish and do it as if it were your own backyard. Eventually they came back out to rectify it, it is still not done to standard, with a lump in the yard, but it was good enough to just say go away and please stop working on my yard. I rarely leave bad reviews. ever. This was honestly one of the more defeating processes I have dealt with. Be aware, choose someone else.

I had two patio paver projects and Gustavo created the plan that was even better than my idea. He was careful to look for ways to cost effectively exceed my expectations. The entire team including Melissa were diligent and careful to meet all the requirements of the HOA. This is an important point in Florida where HOA's require tons of paperwork. Magland completed all the paperwork efficiently and effectively making my compliance to the HOA guidelines very easy. The install was scheduled more than a week in advance. The work crew arrived right on time. The team of 4-5 installers were professional, quiet, and very respectful of my property and the property of my neighbors. The work was performed exactly according to my expectations. The product that they brought was exactly per my order. And, the final results are perfect. The patios are level, well constructed, and I am sure if there is any post warranty issues, Gustavo will handle it personally. I would hire them again instantly and plan to have them back to install shrubs and landscape elements. Their pricing is very good and the plan was executed right on budget.
