I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

Competitively priced, did what I thought was a good job and the owner was very professional. BUT that's where it ends. I called them back a year later to do a kitchen and 1.5 bath cabinet remodeling job in the same apartment. First the building management refused to work with them because they had caused damage at another job in the building that they got based on the floors that they did for me. So like many contractors they operated using a friend's name. The job was very poorly done, they never finished and I had to hire someone to finish their work. And the work was done poorly. Exposed nail holes in the cabinets, bad finish and insane delays that cost my client a tenant. Now a year later the FLOORING they did two years ago is warping due to bad installation, the kitchen faucets are all loose ( my handyman tightened them), the ceiling peeled where they banged it doing cabinet installation and we found more exposed nails . I'm getting everything fixed but they're not going to hear from me again and I can't in good conscience recommended them

Our experience working with them was excellent in terms of the caliber of cabinetry and countertops offered, creativity of design, and follow-up after installation. The store offered a high-quality selection of both cabinetry and countertops suitable for the outdoors. We had a certain tone of cabinetry in mind which was not immediately available; however, Schrapper's researched other options and found exactly what we wanted. The design of the kitchen was important to us, and our kitchen designer carefully incorporated our input and integrated his creativity to optimize the design. Review of the cabana design by the County required us to modify the layout of the cabana, and our designer immediately redesigned portions of the kitchen to comply with the County's requirements. Schrapper's also worked seamlessly with our appliance vendor to ensure appliances were properly incorporated into the design and installed alongside the cabinetry. Above all, Schrapper's worked diligently to ensure the kitchen was completed within the very tight timeframe imposed by our homeowners' association. In short, Schrapper's did an excellent job of creating an outdoor kitchen that we're proud of. From initial kitchen design to selection of materials and installation, we were happy with the service we received.

The "finished product is NOT acceptable, they chinced on everything from the quartz thickness, to the baby-like faucet, to the home depot lighting to the NON_BEVELED mirror ( put up with gaps from the globs of glue used) when beveled was promised...She never even ordered beveled because when they were installing it the mirror company stated "oh, you coldn't have ordered beveled because we would have had to order that-m we don't do beveled" THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! ESPECIALLY BONNIE THE LIAR I HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH, but I think the rest aren't any better

Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!
