We hired GD Floors to install vinyl flooring in our home, and initially, everything went well. The owner was very responsive, provided a variety of options, and completed the installation quickly. We were very happy with the result at first. However, after some time, we noticed the ends of several panels started raising. Since the installation came with a warranty, we contacted the owner, who promptly came out with his son to inspect the issue. He assured us he would follow up with a time for the repairs, but unfortunately, we never heard from him again. While the initial service was great, the lack of follow-up for warranty repairs was disappointing. read more

We had old carpeting that needed to get ripped out, GD flooring came in and had everything removed within a few hours. They installed our beautiful floors in 5 bedrooms, hallway and staircase within three days and left nothing but beautiful and clean floors. I would definitely use them again and have all my friends and family use them as well. The pricing was affordable and my floors are gorgeous. we are super happy! The owner himself came to my house three days on separate occasions to make sure everything was getting installed correctly and the men installing the floors were courteous, clean, and very talented! Fantastic! I visited over a dozen different companies and went with Carlos at GD Kitchens for my project. They designed the kitchen of my dreams, customized to my family. They did not shy away from the large area or even the island which used an entire slab of granite!! Carlos made everything work smoothly and custom created the little details that make the design stand out and unique. he even had a custom hood fabricated for my stove which is on back-order from overseas. My favorite part is the hutch which they created and designed. I have dealt with many contractors in the area and they are - by far - the best!! I've been following these guys on instagram for a few months! Finally I reached out to Carlos on a Sunday night which I realized was out of normal business hours I had left a message and got a return phone call within a half hour I was already impressed I set up an appointment for an estimate two weeks later when we closed on the house. He came with samples exactly on the day and time he was supposed to come showed us everything we needed to see gave us an estimate we decided to go with laminate flooring throughout the whole house and three staircases he did give us a little bit of a discount for doing the entire job at once and not splitting it into two different jobs. The install started a week later! His 2 installers were Absolutley amazing! They took their time they were very clean and professional and honestly I've never seen a team work so hard or so late on a job! I was in the house doing construction and there were nights they were there till 11 pm. In today's world you don't see this often I was very impressed by the skill set communication and the time frame the job was done in. Owner operator and Carlos was here everyday checking in on the job. LITERALLY A+++ . Beyond highly recommend them! I'm not wanting to leave reviews unless I'm completely blown away which I was. Then after further conversation I find out his son owns a kitchen cabinet installation business. Naturally I had given him a shot and got an estimate I had also gotten an estimate prior to that because I didn't know his son was in the business , his price was so close and I went with Gustavo just because the amazing experience with his dad!
