I was actually escorted to the section I needed. And some different options were explained. I needed some silver polish. To my surprise they had a plethora of options in a variety of forms and brands. After looking them over, I chose the one closest to what I was replacing. Check out was a delight, as well. I asked why they cannot get the key and was told they don't have the blanks In simple terms, if you can't offer service then don't advertise that you offer service.
