Angie helped us design the cabinet layout and did a fantastic job helping us make the most of the space. They are great people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen, bathroom, or for any other cabinet needs. They have the best prices and the best customer service. Much better than Mr. Kitchen, Meltini or Max's.

The overall quality of the cabinets that they installed was below average - doors misaligned with gaps, drawers that don't slide in and out with ease and poor quality wood with lots of unattractive flaws. They used the cheapest parts and hardware available and it shows in the finished work, while charging top dollar. The workers yell and scream at one another (and the owner) incessantly, and when they're not yelling and screaming at one another, they're yelling at someone else on the phone. They neglected to cap a pipe in the kitchen and flooded the new flooring. The work took over twice as long as they estimated. Horrible experience, will never do business with them again.

From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. The team worked swiftly and with the care and precision you could only dream of for people working in your home. Best of all, the project came in ON BUDGET and was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Kitchens! If you're even considering a kitchen project of any size or scale, call Susana. You will not regret it! Andrew S. 12/1/2021

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the project, the supervisor stopped by to check on the quality of the work. Impressive! The company is honest as well as professional. When we asked Scott if KC Tile could pressure wash our driveway pavers without sealing the driveway, he recommended someone else who does this work at a lower price. We appreciate the sincerity. We highly recommend KC Tile to anyone needing floors cleaned and sealed.

Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Finally had to pay a handyman quite a bit of money to fix the lights. The kitchen sink started leaking underneath. The person who repaired it said that the sink was installed improperly. The leak was especially upsetting to us, after we had experienced the mold issue due to a leak prior to the kitchen being remodeled. One of the drawers does not always close or reopen properly. Again, Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Several of the cabinets are not aligned properly. Again, Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Most recently, we experienced a leaky hose in our dishwasher. The repairman was unable to move the dishwasher in order to access the hose. It was later determined that this was due to Creative Kitchens installing the dishwasher on top of wet cement. It had to be detached with a drill. I would stay clear of Creative Kitchens based upon the above. Not only is their work substandard, but they do no stand behind it.
