WOW - I cannot recommend Rabbit Floors strongly enough. And those who know me know -- I am a big complainer. I'm a real 'Karen,' if you know what I mean. I needed hardwood floors for my new home, and walked into Rabbit Floors because..who doesn't like cute rabbits? I was blessed to find this place. First of all, Sal is one of the most genuinely caring and engaging people you'd ever want to work with. I immediately felt like family, and he treated my project as if it were his own home. Rather than just shoveling the high-margin items down my throat, he instead asked about my home, looked at pictures, and made careful recommendations on hardwood floors that matched my style and my preferred durability and required level of care. I also felt super informed -- I walked in thinking "wood is wood, I just need to pick a color," and I was very wrong. Sal took the time to educate me on different types...not just solid wood vs. engineered wood, but also different types of oak and colors and the pros and cons of each. I feel like I could literally build a dam right now with the knowledge I have of wood. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the samples I needed. Even when I thought I made a selection...he could tell I was still a little on the fence. He offered to give me take-home planks of wood -- whatever I needed to be comfortable with my decision. Then, once I mind was made up, it was easy as could be. We picked a date, and that was it. When his team came to install -- again, they treated my home like it was their own. They were careful, meticulous, and made sure everything was protected. Everything was finished with such details, even the baseboard reattachments. Every little crevice...even the hidden ones where I thought I'd trick him out with a funky-shaped-corner-pump-fake -- this guy managed to cut the wood perfectly into every nook and cranny. This team could seriously install wood floors into an English muffin with perfect accuracy -- they are THAT meticulous. Rabbit was more competitive on pricing, had a better selection in their showroom (which is way more helpful than you'd think), had the best service and smoothest install I could imagine from any flooring company I spoke with.
