I had researched different cabinet companies for 3 years before going with kitchen cabinet kings. I am not sorry I chose them. I LOVE my soft close cabinets. We were on a very tight budget and we decided to purchase right at the time of a sale!! Lucky us! We placed our order and the next day they were impacted by a damaging hurricane!! But that did not stop them. We received our cabinets in about 9 days from Florida to Washington State! Impressive. So many choices in pre assembled, ready toassembke (RTA) different colors, difference materials. We ordered RTA cabinets. We had previously watched some YouTube videos about assembly and when we were ready to assemble, we watched again. Assembly was easy. The cabinets look beautiful. It's taken me a lot of time to put these RTA cabinets together even though they say it should only take 15 -20 minutes per cabinet. The pre-drilled holes are often in the wrong places, so you have to re-make your holes, or the screws won't go in properly. The smaller pieces of the wood have split off. I am so disappointed in how much trouble the cabinets have been. I can only hope and pray that these defects are not visible and they still look nice and hold up well when they are mounted on the walls. read more

The worst quality I have ever seen! I spent over $8,000 on cabinets from this company and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We ended up having over 6 deliveries because every time there was something damaged. It caused our kitchen renovation to be so delayed and also had to pay our contractor extra because what we originally purchased as ready to assemble was not assembled after any reorders. They only offered a $300 refund after all is said and done. They refused to do anything because apparently this is "uncommon". I don't understand how it is uncommon if it happened to us over 6 times. I ordered the Versa Shaker RTA cabinets. Quality is great. my frustration is with the instructions. As a customer who spent an exorbitant amount of time seeking the correct assembly instructions, I suggest that you immediately request the manufacturers assembly instructions - the one-sheet page included in the packaging is next to worthless. They do not have assembly instructions on YouTube for every cabinet (or those that are similar). The unrelated Stud Pack RTA cabinets video helped me the most. The assembly guides do not list the different size screws or where they are to be used. The instructions skip steps and say nothing about the drawer rails tweaks (UNDER cabinet notching and lever that secures the drawer to the rail). sand everything before using BIN primer and Benjamin Moore Advantage paint. read more

Quality of Shaker cabinet door panels is TERRIBLE! I am a carpenter and have actually built hundreds of shaker cabinet doors myself. Had a quick kitchen to do so I ordered from KK- BIG MISTAKE. There are HUGE GAPS between the door rails and stiles (the outside parts of the door) and the center panel. Almost 1/8 of an inch on the face of the door. This allows dirt and moisture to accumulate will cause problems for me later. I am now stuck with them as customer "Service" says the can do nothing for me. I will need to caulk all gaps and hope the will stay tight- not likely. This was a large order and not inexpensive. I will not do business with KK and hopefully I can save you from this headache, too. Good Luck read more

This will be a relatively long, but thorough review. So spoiler alert. DO NOT BUY. Do not buy, I warned you, do not buy. I was a previous customer from 2017 and they had a decent product back then. I had purchased the RTA cabinets. Some minor issues, but since I was assembling them myself, not too bad modifying pieces to fit properly. I recently June of 2023 purchased ASSEMBLED cabinets for our bathroom. 7 pieces total. 3 base drawer units, 2 sink, 2 tall panty cabinets (1 left and 1 right opening). It was slightly difficulty actually trying to talk with someone to verify what I wanted and I hadn't made a mistake. The cabinets came relatively quickly, but that is the last of the good points. All items are documented in the attached photos that I also sent to KCK's. It was mentioned that they don't manufacture them..... Ohhh. KCK's is just a middle man. They don't have control of how things are assembled / Quality Control... After unpacking I noticed several items. First of all, #1 no glue used. No where, period. No glue in dovetail joints, corner braces, faceplates etc... That is a standard in the industry. All wood items that aren't coming back apart are glued. #2 The corner braces that hold the side panels square were all either loose, not fitted properly or both. #3 The actual braces themselves were not 90 degrees! #4 There were huge gaps in most of the assembled pieces. Backing panels, braces, joints. Their tolerances were nonexistent. And without any glue most pieces (except the drawers) wobbled. 5. The dovetail drawer joints were not fitted properly. Joints should be flush, see pics. #6 One of the pieces looked and probably was used or it was kicked around the warehouse for a year or so. Marks all over the exterior and interior with the ANSI decal worn and stained. #7 After they hammer the dovetail joints together improperly they counter sunk a screw halfway through the drawer box. The screw should be flush or slightly indented, not halfway through the box. Again..... see pics. 8. Plywood warped. When disassembling the cabinets and fixing them to acceptable standards I found that several pieces were warped. (Not just on the bracing or internal, non-visible parts), but also on the cabinet faceplates, so that when you put the cabinets side by side, you can not make them flush from top to bottom. Aesthetically unacceptable. #8 Lastly from a product standpoint.... I ordered 1 left and 1 right tall cabinet units. I got 2 rights. That meant I had to remove the doors of one unit, turn them upside down and install them on the other side of the faceplate. No biggie, right?? Well, it took me an additional 30 minutes and the face plate is marred up from where it was originally installed. I spent an addition 6-8 hours disassembling the cabinets, gluing and reassembling. Then I had to wait for the glue to dry before installing them. So, I paid additional money for the assembly to save time and ended up spending about the same time fixing them, but costing more. The process actually put me behind 4 days. Now I did call customer support, but that was pretty useless. When I finally got to someone of authority, Louisa, she initially tried to explain away my issues. Glue was not needed; corner braces are just for shipping...... etc... Really ????? Once I said my pictures and review would speak for me, I was offered a $500 discount. I decided against that discount and thought it more important to shed light on a company that makes inferior / terrible product all the way around. OH WAIT!!! They don't make them.... They only sell them. Do not buy, stay away. Lastly if you want a good laugh (didn't see this until it was too late) Look at one of their RTA assembly video's that show how to assemble drawers. They POUND them together with a hammer. Dovetail joints slide together. They have tapered joints. Again, go somewhere else, buy somewhere else. read more

After six phone calls with the delivery company, our cabinets finally arrived at our front door after failed delivery attempts. KCK was of no help in arranging delivery despite these complications. Upon unboxing, I discovered that nearly every cabinet I ordered had sustained some damage. Some of it was fairly minor (small scratches, dings, and imprints from plastic strapping that was attached far too tightly) but some was substantial. Roughly 1/4 of our cabinets have significant cracks running through the finish lumber that has begun to show and will likely become much more visible and problematic with time. At least one of these fractured pieces was never even remotely close to square and smooth and should never have been used for finish carpentry. As a home builder and professional tradesman, I was aghast by the lack of craftsmanship and quality. When I spoke with Luisa on the phone, I was irate after she treated me with dismissive, derisive, condescending responses. Kitchen Cabinet Kings is garbage. A more personable salesperson blamed their shortcomings on COVID, which may make some sense but fails to explain why they were willing to sell shotty cabinets to unsuspecting customers at full price. Stay away from this company. Their products are junk and their customer service is worse. I wasted over $3000. Please, don't follow my lead. read more

After several months and 2 missed delivery dates due to one piece (Back Panel) not being ready the rep took it upon herself to cancel the entire order on Sept 22nd. Poor customer service and inability to fulfill orders. We now aren't going to be able to be in our house for Thanksgiving. This company left me feeling ripped off and unappreciated. Here's why you should take your business elsewhere: 1. Price - You can get the same exact products for hundreds if not thousands less elsewhere. They rename brands and cabinet styles to give you the impression they have something exclusive. The cabinets sold to me at KCK are all over the internet under a different brand name ("Forevermark Cabinets") and different style names, but they are 100% identical. Do your research first. 2. Quality - Do other reviewers not have eyes? Of the 23 cabinets I ordered, nearly all had defects/problems - delaminating plywood, warped doors, inoperable hinges, uneven finishes, holes in wrong places, pieces that were previously assembled, etc., none of these shipping related. Replacement pieces were often just as bad, frequently requiring yet more pieces to be sent. And even when not "defective," these cabinets are just mediocre to poor. They are made of bottom of the barrel materials with lousy quality control and there is no hiding this. 3. Customer service - poor to abyssal. Hoping to easily resolve those defective pieces above? Good luck. You have to deal with a hostile and unapologetic "Community Service Director" (L.R.) who will leave you feeling defeated after every call for help. She'll discount what you say, argue every point you make, and talk right over you. Politely, yet loudly, asking her if I could speak was the only method that would break up her monologue and get her to listen for a moment. Then, as what happened on multiple calls, she'll get right back into making you jump through hoops before she acknowledges the actual problems you are reporting. Follow up support down the road? You wish. When the one or two slides or hinges start to exhibit issues from light use after a couple months, she will say "they look fine" and make you jump through even more hoops. So, while they might have what seems like a good value initially based on reviews, there are likely MUCH better options on the web that deserve some more attention. I ordered RTA cabinets from this company and it shows on their website that there are TA cabinets are easy to assemble all you need is a screwdriver once I receive them it shows in the instructions that you need Brad nails refinish nails and wood glue to a simple lease so that makes it where you have holes on the outside of your cabinets which is a pretty crappy look. Our cabinets were installed in early August and we are still waiting on backordered items. (Supposed to arrive in September but still it's unknown when they'll arrive) I've held off on submitting a review because quite frankly no project ever goes as planned and there's been lots of hiccups. (Damages - 4 wine racks had to be shipped out before we received one not damaged) but my final straw is in just 3 short months every single cabinet door has some sort of cracking on the seams. I'm told by kitchen cabinet kings that it's due to the painted wood and with the tempature changes and that it's in the fine print that it can occur. Ok fine but who in their right mind wants cracks in their cabinets. (Will try and attach photos) Our corner cabinet is a diff model (because that will be replaced with a backordered cabinet that is prepped for glass) that one has no cracks! Well I would have preferred that cabinet then. Since there's no seams that can crack like the ones we have had we known we would have went with that line. The design process was a breeze great finished product. With that out of the way the rest wasn't very good. Upon delivery of my cabinets, I received 5 boxes that were damaged. When I tried to file a claim the lack of customer support started. I emailed them the bill of lading and they denided that the bill of lading was from their shipper, which after researching and calling I found out it was a sister company to their shipper and was able to track down the damaged parts in a roundabout way with no help from KCK. I problem solving when needed, but the abuse I received was unappreciated. I was called a liar because they couldn't track their shipment. read more

The quality of the cabinet door style we ordered were as pictured on the website. The cabinets are good quality. We only contacted customer service once. We ordered a sample door to see the exact color and it was taking a while so we called for status update. When the cabinets were set for delivery, the company and driver let us know when to expect them which was excellent and they arrived on time. The website was pretty easy to use, however we had to go with a particular set, there were some items I liked in one set and would of liked to find that in the set and color we purchased. The downside was we wanted glass doors in two of the cabinets however, you have to pay extra for the doors now we have extra doors sitting around... The main reason we went with ordering online was for the savings and the time it would take to have cabinets delivered to our home. That is something you can't find in the box stores or even at a specialty store... The wait is 3 months +. We would use Kitchen Cabinet Kings again and would recommend this company to family and friends. The issues we had were trying to find the color and cabinets in the set that we wanted (ended up with extra doors), when mounting the screws were visible inside the cabinet and there were no boarders, it looks a bit unfinished. I would recommend to your customers to read over the contract carefully, if there was a problem you must follow the process in place for returning an item should it arrive damage or a missing piece... Run, don't walk away from this place. Ordered 2x, first time was great cabinets were awesome, arrived quickly, the works. Second time not so much. Apparently one of their key suppliers discontinued a line, instead of dealing with it professionally they dumped it on me, charged me more $200 for a lower grade line and then wouldn't guarantee the shipping date saying that it was essentially a new order after we were already a week in. Tried to talk to Dana the designer and she could care less about timing or the impact to my project. Talked to the main customer service person and apparently they operate out of a van because they can't transfer calls to anyone. Tried to talk to a manager to see if I could get them to care and couldn't even get a call back. These guys are just resellers, there are better ones out there. If you have any sort of timeline you need to meet or you expect any sort of customer service should anything go wrong I would recommend you go elsewhere... read more

I've ordered from KCK twice, once for a house I flipped and also for my own home. I bought the Ice White Shaker both times. The cabinets are nice and well worth the money, pretty inexpensive. The boxes are pretty rugged and the doors and drawer faces are nicely finished and good quality. I ordered the RTA both times. The directions are useless; you kinda have to figure it out as you go. Having done it twice, I have the hang of it now. Ordering online was relatively easy and the online help staff are pretty helpful. The Ice White Shaker comes with soft close doors and drawers which I wasn't aware of and it's not mentioned anywhere that I could see. The online help wasn't aware of this fact either and said I would have to pay separately for them but it turned out not to be so, good news, but it was confusing. All in all, in spite of a few hiccups, the cabinets arrived as promised, look great, and they're a bargain, especially for a do-it-your-selfer. read more

I used Kitchen Cabinet Kings for a complete kitchen remodel. We bought the RTA Thompson White style. I could not be happier. After getting bids from 2 big box stores, and a local cabinet distributor I found their prices to be about 20% lower. This lower price included plywood boxes, soft close everything, and decorative end pieces. The other quotes were for particle board boxes. In the end I got a higher quality cabinet at a lower price. Putting them together was very easy. I had two pieces with minor defects on them, but their customer service was superb and replaced those pieces with a quick email and picture. One note, is that you only have seven days from delivery to send in the claim on a broken piece for a no questions asked replacement. So if it is a big job make sure you plan delivery according to your schedule so you have time to assemble all your cabinets within the 7 days. In the end we were very happy in the final result and the kitchen looks completely professional. read more

Couple of minor issues but customer service excellent and issues resolved immediately. Very impressed with quality of cabinets for the price, which is the best we found. Only two things I would point out is that clips which hold cabinets together are visible on underside which would have been nice to know ahead of time. I ordered RTA cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. I discovered that I failed myself in the research before I order these. Fortunately the cabinets were for a laundry room. I would have been highly disappointed if I installed these in my kitchen, and somewhat disappointed if I installed them in a bathroom. I have high expectations that when I order a product advertised as a quality product, and a high percentage of reviews support the high ratings as put forth by the company's online website, that when I receive a pricey investment on my driveway, and I delve into the boxes/packaging, I gain a sense of trust and confidence that I made the right choice in my decision. Not in this case. "Made in "China". 1. Damaged goods as a result of cheap & shoddy packaging. Nothing a few "workarounds" didn't take care of. 2. Rough milling and adscence precision accuracy on the pieces. 3. Sourced material and manufacturing in China - Quality not up to par with a bonafide home grown cabinet shop on USA soil. Definitely a "you-get-what-you-pay-for" moment. 4. Very poor instructions. Thank goodness I have tons of assembly experience in various forms, and my process-visioning helps me to minimize mistakes when proper guidance in such feats are extremely limited. Trial & error played a small role as well - especially for the bifolding doors/hardware, which there are zero instructions for one of the most complex/critical processes of cabinet assembly. 5. Inferior hardware that appears to be a knockoff of "soft closing" mechanisms - both doors and drawers. They work fine now. We'll see about durability as time goes on. To be fair & objective, this is the second time I've ordered online RTA cabinets. In comparison to my order to Kitchen Cabinet Kings, my first experience was with cabinets I ordered from a company in Oregon. They source all of their materials from the U.S. and are leagues ahead Kitchen Cabinet Kings in quality. In fact, on their website there are a multitude of self-help videos, and 100% support via direct telephone contact. One video is of the actual owner of the company where he is on top of a roof. He throws an assembled cabinet similar to a Kitchen Cabinet King product off the roof and it disintegrates upon landing in the parking lot. He then throws his product off the roof, and it scuffs up, but stays intact. The company also uses popular German manufactured hardware that is widely accepted as second to none in the industry. After assembling the cabinets, and the doors were on, the Kitchen Cabinet Kings product looks good. But there are nuances-of-annoyance that are visible to the perfectionist (that's me), that will be overlooked and undetected by most. The positives: 1. Plywood boxes - only 1/2 inch ... 3/4 is better (like the Oregon cabinets) 2. Paint/finish is quality. 3. Solid maple face frames, 4. Solid doors. I just had a suprising experience. I sent my kitchen measurements to KCK's. I was communicating with a design rep. About 3 days later I was sent an email telling me of the 18% price discount. I had not received ANY designs from the rep at that point. She told me I could lock in the discount if I sent a deposit of $250 dollars by the end of the promotion (2 days from the email). This deposit is for the kitchen design and 2 revisions. I sent my money and waited to hear from the designer. I waited a week before she got back to me. She emailed me that although I reserved my discount the cabinets were increasing in price in 24 hours! She gave me 24 hours to decide on my kitchen cabinets so I could lock in the discount on the price before the increase from the 'manufacturer'. I am so turned off by this high pressure tactic I'm not sure if I trust them with thousands of dollars. Oh and of course my deposit is non-refundable. I am notifying BBB of this tactic. Overall I had a positive experience with Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It takes a little bit of effort to navigate and fully understand their website and the ordering process, but after figuring it out, the order and shipping process went very smoothly. I ordered an entire kitchen and since it was a "ready to assemble" kit, everything fit on a single pallet (with the exception of a few awkwardly oversized items). So I didn't really need as much storage space in the garage as I initially thought. The installation was relatively simple, but most of the fine-tune adjusting to the cabinets took a lot of time. The cabinets have all of the high-end features, but to get the drawers and doors to run smoothly took some effort. I recommend against getting the trash can accessory for the base cabinet. The point where the door attaches to the trash can shelf is too low, which causes the top of the cabinet door to never fully close. Again, this is related to the difficulty in really dialing in the adjustments. Overall, the cabinets look great, and time will tell if the quality is as good as they claim. My husband and I are so happy with the Sienna Rope Assembled cabinets that we bought from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. It took my husband and our friend 2 days to hang the cabinets but that was working around 5 children under 4 and for maybe 4 or 5 hours at a time. It looked very easy and they didn't seem to complain much. We chose to follow a custom design which included setting back our sink cabinet so my husband ended up making custom pieces to fit in the angled gaps, it took him a few minutes to cut and then a couple days to paint. They look seamless. I'm sure we could have ordered the filler pieces but it was quicker for us to just make them ourselves. I have several friends who are either buying new homes or thinking of remodeling their current kitchen and I recommend Kitchen Cabinet Kings to all of them. You can't beat the price and quality, I think it would have cost just as much for the crappy MDF cabinets at Lowe's or Home Depot. This is legitimately the worst run company I have ever done business with. Places an Order in april of 2021, they contacted me saying some items weren't in stock, so I changed the order to all cabinets that were 100 percent in stock and ready to ship. never Heard from the company again until finally I reached them and found they wouldn't ship until august 10th. the day before they were supposed to ship they tell me some Items are back ordered and they can't ship my full order. So they send me what they have, most Of my cabinets don't have doors, slowly they have trickled in, but at this point i was promised shipping by the end of may and now it's October and I'm still missing multiple doors, hoping they will be in some time in November but I don't have high hopes. Customer service hasn't been able to help at all, the company has made no attempts to make anything right. Basically theyve had thousands of dollars of my money hostage for almost a year and I still dont have my cabinets. The cabinets I do have are very low quality, even for the discount price. If you're having any hesitation about buying cabinets online I would certainly say don't spend your money with this company they will leave you hanging. read more

Initially had issues getting my order to go through. That was a Paypal issue and Dana worked with me to resolve it. She was really awesome! That said, I should have taken the hint and not ordered from them. The Coastal Cream cabinets are made in China. They look pretty, but really aren't the quality I expected. The cabinet boxes are a different color than the doors. In a straight run, it's not noticeable, but on the ends, it's really obvious. They also did not come with instructions for assembly for the spice cabinet or full instructions for the lazy Susan. Parts came in the packaging that was not shown or addressed anywhere in the assembly instructions that were provided and the markings for the lazy Susan placement was off by over 2 inches inside the cabinet. Great instructions for all the cabinets that were simple boxes, though...as if you'd need instruction for those. The pre drilled holes for the hinges and drawer glides do not line up on the cabinets, either. What should have been an easy put together and install is now going on two weeks, just for the assembly phase, and this is with two experienced carpenters doing the work. My order arrived in one sealed/wrapped pallet and several large boxes. The day before arrival the shipper refused to deliver to my house, which resulted in us meeting them at a gas station at dusk. Thankfully I do own a truck, but had to wait until it was out of the shop to use it. Otherwise I'd have been loading cabinets into my car one cabinet and trip at a time. Had I done that, I might have noticed that my two 24" roll outs were missing from the order. While I did note the obvious box damage to the order on the bill of lading, it wasn't until the wrapped pallet was opened that we noticed the order did not contain the roll out trays. We also noticed, when unboxing the order, that several boxes contained a mixture of items from the order. I would have had to open each and every box, at the time of delivery, to determine if my order was complete and undamaged. After the ordeal with Kitchen Cabinet Kings over the delivery, and Linda fiercely quoting their delivery agreement, trying to resolve this new issue would have been an exercise in futility. Oh, and to add icing to the cake, the insurance company for the trucking firm started calling after we had half the cabinets put together to come look at the damage. They need to see the damage to process the claim. Am I supposed to disassemble the cabinets for them? BTW - That's a rhetorical question. I hope these cabinets last for more than 5 years, but I highly doubt it. Yes, I did receive a $100 credit for my trouble to pick up the order, but that does not negate the cost of the missing items or the over all frustration of dealing with this company. We were remodeling a small one wall kitchen. We had been to the big box stores but didn't like their sin stock cabinets and couldn't afford the special order cabinets. Nor did we want to wait that long. We took a chance on ordering cabinets online sight unseen. We ordered the white shaker cabinets and they look great. We spent about the same as the big box stores wanted for their in stock cabinets but these we better quality by far. It took a couple weeks for the cabinets to arrive. Assembly was pretty easy for the wall cabinets but a little trickier for the base cabinets. You don't have to glue them since the brackets hold them together. However, in hind sight, I wish we had glued them just to make them rock solid. We are quite pleased with our cabinets and would order again from Kitchen Cabinet Kings. read more

Don't expect any help if you have an issue with these cabinets! I ordered a large number of cabinets, and 3 of them arrived with defects. Two of the cabinets were clearly damaged and patched together at the factory, and the third was damaged in transit. Although I had paid for ASSEMBLED cabinets, the replacements they sent me for two of the cabinets were just replacement parts for the damaged portions. When I tried to refuse shipment, I was told that Kitchen Cabinet Kings would charge me a restocking fee if I did, and I should keep them until it was straightened out. When the delivery people left, Kitchen Cabinet Kings, said it was their policy as listed in their Ts&Cs to handle replacements this way. I guess the restocking fee threat is to make you keep the parts so that they can claim they fulfilled their part of the bargain. Very unethical! read more

So after looking through their website, I found a group of pictures they had of some cabinets my wife and I really liked. We tried to upload pictures of our kitchen and all the measurements on their website, however it kept failing. I'm assuming the picture size might of been to large, so I went to the "contact us" and got an email. I then forward my pictures and information to them. A few days later they reply and say they need the "form" that is on their site and can't proceed without it. Mind you I provided them with all the information they needed, other than the information that I would not know. A full week of delays. never got a design that matched my drawing or list of cabinets needed. (Yes, I choose the cabinets. I just needed you to check my work and add in the fillers and trim.) Their designers could not read basic drawing elements like bump-outs. Windows and doors, yes. Bump-outs and recessed areas, no. They ignored -- 3 times -- my height instructions for wall cabinets. They ignored -- 3 times - where I said I did not want any wall cabinets at all. They ignored -- 3 times -- my specific instruction to use wall cabinets in place of base cabinets in order to create leg room for a breakfast bar. In the end, they refused to let me actually converse with any of the designers. Instead I got 2 different reps who did not do design. The final nail in the coffin was them telling me that I should look into custom cabinets. Well, I have a carpenter to customize the cabinets that need adjustments. I have renovated 5 kitchens -- 2 of them with my current carpenter; I think we can handle it. What an awful company and awful process. I have ordered cabinets for two bathrooms from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, Ice White Shaker and Mocha Shaker. In addition to bath vanity bases, I ordered some top kitchen cabinets in matching styles to go with them, as well. The staff was quick to respond to questions before the order and I found the $25 door samples very useful. All cabinets arrived in a timely manner. The ICE WHITE MOCHA ready-to-assemble cabinet pieces were very nicely packed and in excellent condition and assembly was pretty simple with the help of the assembly instructions posted on the website, apart from the drawer cabinets, which had many parts but still carefully made. I love the look of my newly installed Ice White Shaker cabinets. As for the MOCHA SHAKER style cabinets, made by International Kitchen Supply, the color of the cabinets is a beautiful dark red that is difficult to find elsewhere, especially in the clean Shaker style.  I love the color and style. Shipping was quite quick after the order was placed. However, THIS IS WHERE THE POSITIVES END for me.  Issues:  1. There are numerous faults in the finish; not one of the cabinets I received has a perfect finish. 2. Far more difficult to assemble than the Ice White Shaker cabinets (different manufacturer) because parts did not fit together well.  In a drawer cabinet base, my husband had to re-position drawer hardware just to  be able to close all the drawers.  (Moving them around did not help at all.)  The three drawers are still not evenly spaced, not even close, but at least all three of them can slide into the cabinet all the way and are usable.  3.  The sink base cabinet is made in a way that, used at the end of a row of cabinets, an unfinished piece pokes out to the side and the unfinished surface is highly noticeable.  4. The ready-to-assemble cabinets are not nearly as well packed as the other manufacturer's.   5. The most upsetting part: When I needed to order an additional, small cabinet, the company refused to ship by FedEx or UPS--both would have done it for a  reasonable price--and insisted that an under $200, 18.6 lbs, 36" X 17" cabinet that would be maybe 3" deep in a flat-pack must be shipped by freight, on a pallet, with lift gate delivery, and insured to $5,000.  Kitchen Cabinet Kings notified me that the shipping cost is $166 for this one item, either flat-pack or assembled. It cost me more to get his one, light item shipped than it cost me to ship all the other cabinets for an entire bathroom (and that's after the retailer gave me a $50 credit towards shipping this item).  IKS claims that they must ship anything over 30" by freight or it will get damaged en route.  If they really had many damaged pieces before, it must be because of the way they package their merchandise--the worse I have ever seen (and I bought quite a bit of furniture online, including mirrored cabinets and also frameless mirrors, and received them without the slightest damage, whipped by FedEx or UPS).  The extra, only 36" x 12", TRIANGULAR cabinet was shipped on a pallet (which I was stuck with!) in a SQUARE box, WITHOUT any FILLER whatsoever. No wonder IKS felt the need to put it on a pallet to protect it! (I ended up ordering this one cabinet assembled because it saved me no money to get it shipped as a flat-pack.) The Mocha Shaker cabinets were made by International Kitchen Supply. So if you ever order anything they make, be very sure to get everything you need all at once or you'll be forced to pay astronomical and completely unreasonable shipping rates for the extras because of the manufacturer's unwillingness to package well .  The installed cabinets look quite nice (far from flawless!) but I am NOT AT ALL happy with this experience. With all this said, I WOULD order cabinets again from KCK but definitely not ones made by IKS. KCK will not give you information on manufacturers, so check the IKS website (http://www.internationalkitchensupply.com) to see which of the styles KCK sells come from IKS. I would definitely avoid those. Far inferior quality, packing, and experience to the Ice While Mocha cabinets. read more
