I had researched different cabinet companies for 3 years before going with kitchen cabinet kings. I…read moream not sorry I chose them. I LOVE my soft close cabinets. We were on a very tight budget and we decided to purchase right at the time of a sale!! Lucky us! We placed our order and the next day they were impacted by a damaging hurricane!! But that did not stop them. We received our cabinets in about 9 days from Florida to Washington State! Impressive. So many choices in pre assembled, ready toassembke (RTA) different colors, difference materials. We ordered RTA cabinets. We had previously watched some YouTube videos about assembly and when we were ready to assemble, we watched again. Assembly was easy. Two years later I still love my cabinets in my tiny modest kitchen. Soft close drawers and doors, easy to clean and beautiful to my eyes. I would 100% recommend this company! Thank you kitchen cabinet kings!

The pre-drilled holes are often in the wrong places, so you have to re-make your holes, or the screws won't go in properly. The smaller pieces of the wood have split off. I am so disappointed in how much trouble the cabinets have been. I can only hope and pray that these defects are not visible and they still look nice and hold up well when they are mounted on the walls.

Grandview is an appropriately named store if you need a new kitchen…read more My new kitchen is now Grand and the View is gorgeous! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. The team worked swiftly and with the care and precision you could only dream of for people working in your home. Best of all, the project came in ON BUDGET and was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Kitchens! If you're even considering a kitchen project of any size or scale, call Susana. You will not regret it! Andrew S. 12/1/2021

We had them do a complete Kitchen remodel 1 year ago. The product itself and Susana whom helped us…read moreduring the process was amazing. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences I have…read moreever had with a contractor. Less than eight months after completing my kitchen project, the sub par work is already falling apart. One of the drawers completely came off the track because improper screws were used, and the tile work they performed is not high quality. The paint job was done by non qualified subcontractors. We actually had to hire another painting company to completely redo their work because the quality was so bad. The entire project took far longer than promised. Workers constantly showed up late, worked only a couple of hours, and then left. The only thing this company stayed consistent with was asking for money. Alex, the owner, was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and very difficult to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and do not do business with this company.

Perfection Kitchen and Bath should be named "Imperfection Kitchen and Bath"…read more I completed a total renovation for the Primary bathroom and had new tile and a new vanity done in my Powder Room. Both vanities were made the wrong size. The one in the Primary bathroom was 5 inches too large even though the wall was measured several times. It had to be cut down and it is still one inch larger than the wall is. The one in the Powder room was made too small and the owner Alex refused to make a new one the correct size. Instead a filler piece of wood was mounted onto it. If you are a woman alone, definitely stay away from this company. I was talked down to by both the owner Alex who once told me to "mind my own business" and by workers who walked into my home and told me "I'm not going to paint your closet door, I'm only going to clean it because I'm not being paid to do this job" and "I'm not going to regrout the Primary bath (after they had dirtied it because they didn't cover the new tile floor and grout when installing the oversized vanity which they then cut on top of the new tile and grout without covering it with paper to protect it) I'm only going to clean it". I was told the job would take 45 days and it took 91 days not including the day they had to come back to redo what they should have done in the first place. The week before Christmas, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years no one showed up to work. There was another week within my 91 days that no one showed up as well. When the workers did show up, they had an attitude that they were doing you a favor. My house was left filthy. Do yourself a favor, get a contractor and go buy your tile, lighting, vanities, hardware and shower equipment at Todel in Gulfstream in Hallandale Beach. Beautiful store!

We just built a new construction custom home and G&M handled every surface in the kitchen, laundry, and all bathrooms. Again, Israel and his team were the utmost professionals and went well above and beyond to make our dreams a reality. it makes such a difference to work with good, honest people! We cannot recommend them enough!

I normally don't write negative reviews about a product or service, especially after more than a…read morefew years have past but I think in this case G&M Design deserves it as the problem I'm about to explain has only gotten more annoying the longer we have to live with it and I now feel compelled to write this. 3 years ago or so we had picked out new kitchen cabinets and countertops when we were remodeling and had them design the new layout of our kitchen. We had already purchased our new appliances and gave them all the manuals and installation literature for each one including our refrigerator so they new the design and size of each one to properly plan for the placement of each one. I wasn't there personally to oversee the installation but this was far from the company's first kitchen remodeling job and I trusted that everything was going to be just fine. Here's where my assumption of their level of competency was very wrong. As you can see by my pictures the refrigerator was inexplicably, and stupidly placed practically against the right wall of our kitchen. The right door cannot be opened to anywhere near where it should to allow easy access to the refrigerator. It is constantly hitting the trim to the window treatment (previously the wall itself) that potentially could scratch or dent the finish and it constantly wants to swing closed when trying to get at anything. This is a very amateurish mistake that should not have been made and correcting it after the installation would have been very costly. The door cannot even be opened wide enough to allow the occasional removal of the lower draw and shelves for cleaning. The entire fridge has to be pulled out to do that so it can be maneuvered to allow the right door to fully open, which leads me to the next error they made. The opening for the refrigerator was made just barely wide enough to squeeze it in with the sides of the fridge literally rubbing fairly hard against both sides of the wood causing scraping of the finish on the sides of the refrigerator. This is just insane! Whenever anyone has seen this and they usually question why was the fridge placed so close to the wall when it was so easily avoided. If the fridge had been placed even 8 inches more to the left, allowing for a narrow column of cabinets and/or pullouts of some sort to the right of the refrigerator, that would have completely avoided the problem. Many people have told me that is why you never put a refrigerator that close to a wall where I door needs to swing. G&M Design can't say they didn't know what kind of refrigerator we were putting in there because as I've said we gave them all the literature in advance so they would know exactly what placement and size cutouts were needed. This has made our otherwise nice kitchen upgrade -- at considerable cost -- a terrible disappointment as there is not a day that goes by that we aren't reminded of this ridiculous annoyance that should have been avoided by any company that has done more than a few designs and installations. I may look into filing a lawsuit to cover the cost of redoing that part of the kitchen which would obviously be costly even if a match to the original cabinets and backsplash can be made. They should have known to avoid this amateurish mistake. It's just totally inexplicable how they could be professionals and still screw such a basic thing like this up!
