This is the second purchase we've made from Ferguson. We're buying mealy stuff. As a rule, whenever I touch something and it breaks and I have to buy a new one, I'd like to enhance it. For some reason, the representatives never informed us that the model we were getting to replace our 20-year-old dishwasher was actually a worse model with a less effective screen and absolutely no smart home connectivity in 2025. For an $1,800 dishwasher, that's incredibly disappointing. Now I've got a new dishwasher that's less intelligent and less useful than my old one, and I'm confused that nobody at Ferguson thought to mention that for only $100 more, we could get a much better solution. My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Fergusons showroom in Boca Raton. We were in the middle of a major kitchen remodel and had a snafu with a kitchen faucet (thanks to the stone cutters, no fault of Fergusons). We came in 30 minutes before they closed and Robert Melchionna saved the day for us. He stayed late and helped us work through all of our problems. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We've purchased many times through them and have never been dissatisfied. Their 90 day return policy is very generous. The build.com website that they own is very user friendly and makes it easy to track your orders. Fergusons is the only place I will go to for kitchen and bath supplies. read more

We initially had a good impression of Fergusons. We were redoing some bathrooms and looking for vanities, a tub, and faucets. Robert Melchionne Jr helped us. Since they were secondary baths we didn't want super high end. We chose vanities from Elegant Lighting. Bad move. The quality is terrible. One arrived damaged and the other arrived with no legs. It took forever to get it resolved. Ferguson should have warned us off this product but didn't. Failing. Now less than a year later both vanity tops are etched even though the baths are rarely used. Now we are doing our kitchen. We made an appointment with Robert to review our needs. Although he was there in the store he never came out and totally dissed us. How rude. Never again. read more

Wanted to purchase a kitchen faucet & maybe a few other things. The front desk guy took our name then no one came over to help us. After waiting 10 minutes we asked him when a salesperson would be available & he told us to "come back tomorrow" that no one could help us today. It was 3:15pm! I was at my Witts end until I decided to come into the Boca store and had Emma Rosenberg help rectify the situation. Some nice merchandise and some helpful staff (when available, not enough of it) but that front desk woman (Boca Raton location) is a deficit to this organization. I've been there several times and each time the same...she is too busy talking (and at times her language is a bit brash) about things other than business and she repeats "I'm not a salesperson, just a receptionist". What difference does this make...she seems disinterested in helping, just talking about other things. Not the warmest front person. read more

My husband and I went into this Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery last week. We've been before, and as always, we've gotten excellent help. When we renovated we ordered what we needed for our kitchen and bathrooms through Ferguson and their other company Build.com. We've gotten professional service from both places. On our visit to the Gallery last week, we were helped by Robert Melchionna Jr. From the beginning he was a delight to work with. He immediately took care of what we came in for. He did work with us in a timely, efficient, friendly, and professional way. I have nothing but the highest regard for Ferguson. Also, it's a delight to go into their Gallery. I had the BEST experience as a first time client of Ferguson's. Our contractor suggested we go to a Fergusons and their staff can help us pick out the right plumbing supplies for our new home. We live closest to the Boca Raton location so we decided to go there. Jennifer Fearon greeted us and walked us through every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and so were all the staff members there. She made the process seamless and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. I cant say enough great things about Fergusons, the staff and our experience overall. Just walk in, tell them what you need and they will take it from there!! Liars!! Buyer beware!! They are happy to take your $$$ and promise deliveries "next month" but keep lying indefinitely. If they "have no control over our vendors" then they need new vendors, or "we have no control over deliveries" then GET CONTROL!!! Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. They messed up multiple plumbing deliveries too sending random parts and forgetting things. It's a mess !! PS This is mainly a South Florida issue. I have not seen this type of customer service (or lack of...) up north. read more

Ron Ledergerber branch manager for Boca Raton store handled an issue I had of covering some thing under warranty and he followed through on it back-and-forth with about four or five emails settled the issue with the company sending me what I needed and it was just a great follow up job got back to me right away. I know Ferguson's from New Jersey so I didn't hesitate to buy my kitchen fixtures from down here. It's hard to get customer service like that from any company nowadays but I must say It was five star. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I SPENT $20,000 On appliances and my refrigerator Miele has been down for 3 weeks. Nobody at Ferguson is doing anything. The store manager Ron Ledergerber has not returned one call. We have spent countless hours on the phone with service people. Parts said they were ordered but then to find out they were cancelled. Customer service was terrible. Sales person told me that my order would be received next day. When he knew that the items were being shipped by 2 different warehouses. Received part of the order the next day and part the following day and major inconvenience. Their telephone lines say to call back during business hours, when I called during business hours requiring me to drive to the showroom to discuss the partial delivery. If I could give Ferguson a zero it would be more accurate. The worst buying experience ever. Mistake after mistake. You can't even call the showroom directly. You are routed to a call center with their very unhelpful reps. The fact that they are expensive is the good part. Even if they give you everything for nothing, the aggravation is not worth it. An absolutely terrible company! Also, there is a total lack of common courtesy. Never "I'm sorry for your inconvenience".......never a "thank you".......never anything positive or a show of consideration. read more

Not the same company! They continue to offer a full selection of product, like the original company, but offer zero customer satisfaction. When you buy from them, do not expect any service, if something is wrong with the product. They do not stand behind the sale. You really are depending on the manufacturer for any type of issues. Ferguson staff at this location are also, for the most part, incompetent and uncaring. It must stem from poor management at the top of the chain. We bought three high end bathroom fixtures less than three years ago for a seasonal home. The LED portion of one of the fixtures stopped working. Ferguson said to take it up with the manufacturer. The manufacturer says they discontinued the item, and cannot even repair the built in LED, and so basically, "tough ----". Even contacting the supposed president of Build, the new owner, accomplished nothing. Buyer beware. I suggest you deal with local retailer, who can probably get you the same product at the same or better price, and will treat you like a customer. read more

Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting in Boca is phenomenal! Redoing a condo and needed all new bathroom faucets, shower systems, toilets and accessories as well as kitchen faucet, disposal etc. Jennifer made an overwhelming project seamless. She is very knowledgeable and took time to make sure to present all options regarding brands, finishes, etc. The showroom has a great selection. Delivery was quick and Jennifer also stayed in touch to keep us up to date on shipments. We could not be happier with the end result. We highly recommend Ferguson and this location in particular. Absolute worst customer service for doing a return. Was told by Kohler that I needed a shower valve cartridge and to order it from the Ferguson Hardware in Boca Raton as its the closest to me. So I did, turns out I didn't need per the plumber's instructions. So I needed to do a return. Its like pulling teeth. First I was told when I called Ferguson Boca, sure you can return we will email you a UPS label to send it back. No email comes. I call back, was told no I didn't need to actually return because the amount was too small that I would get a refund if it was approved (was told I could return this part when I bought it btw), I told them I was told I could return, was told by this idiot elisea thompkins I should get a return but a mgr or someone had to approve and this would take 5 days. Well today is day 5. I call Ferguson, and what a cluster f!*&, after being transferred I'm put on hold for more than 10 mins, while this is being checked on. I hang up, call back again multiple times and finally get transferred to an outside salesman as he described himself who tells me he can make the return happen. Just waiting for confirmation now. I spent approximately $800 at Ferguson Boca last Oct, I know its not that much money and this cartridge was only $84.17, but I'm still the customer. Now, I will never do business with Ferguson again and I'm writing this bad review to persuade others the same. I have another bathroom I'm thinking of getting new fixtures for. Tell me Ferguson, was it worth it? To have idiots working in customer service and losing business because of it? read more

Our objective was to replace a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. My wife and I went to Ferguson and were helped by a nice man who helped us find what we were looking for in a catalog as the products were not in the showroom. The faucet and garbage disposal were in their warehouse and would be shipped to our home. So far so good...and then the horror commenced. The large box we received the next day was ripped and contained both the faucet and garbage disposal in one package. The garbage disposal is very heavy and I thought it strange that two such dissimilar products would be placed in one box with no padding whatsoever. The plumber arrived and Informed me that the hot water handle on the faucet was broken!! I told him not to install it and called Ferguson. I could not get my salesman but spoke to a manager who gave me the Koehler 800 number so that I could order a new handle. I called Koehler and was told that a new handle could be manufactured and sent to me in "28" days!! This faucet is for our kitchen sink so that was unacceptable. I called Ferguson and spoke again to the same manager who said that he found another identical faucet at their warehouse in Alabama and I could get it in a week. With the holidays starting the following week, this was not an option. He said that I could pay for overnight delivery have it sent to their warehouse in Boca Raton. I selected this option and paid an additional $42 to have the new faucet sent to their warehouse. The manager assured me that my salesman would call me when the faucet was available for pickup at the warehouse. Neither he nor anyone from Ferguson ever called me. We arranged to have our plumber come in the afternoon and we could pick up the faucet in the morning. I could not get confirmation that the faucet had been received until 10 AM that morning by a Ferguson employee in another part of Florida who said the warehouse received the faucet 7:30 PM the previous evening. No one at Ferguson ever followed up with us, so my wife and I took our chances and went to the warehouse. To find their warehouse do not use Google Maps! We were directed to another address and when we entered a business to ask directions the receptionist greeted us and said "You must be looking for Ferguson." Apparently she encounters several people every day who have the same issue. After finding the street where the warehouse is located one must be forewarned that there are some moon-like crater potholes to avoid in order to get to Ferguson. We told the manager that his warehouse received the package the previous evening, at our expense, and we needed it so our plumber could install it a few hours later. He said that the item had not yet been recorded as received and that the kind woman who told us it had been received the previous evening should not have told us that. Eventually he came back from the back room with our faucet and fortunately it was in good condition. The total cost of the two plumbing visits plus the express shipping was approximately $500. Had Ferguson properly sent the two items it is very possible that the faucet would not have been damaged. We returned the damaged faucet and I have yet to receive an apology or even a follow up call from Ferguson. We will never go to Ferguson again. read more
