For some reason, the representatives never informed us that the model we were getting to replace our 20-year-old dishwasher was actually a worse model with a less effective screen and absolutely no smart home connectivity in 2025. For an $1,800 dishwasher, that's incredibly disappointing. Now I've got a new dishwasher that's less intelligent and less useful than my old one, and I'm confused that nobody at Ferguson thought to mention that for only $100 more, we could get a much better solution. I expected better advice from them, so this experience has been very disappointing.

Nicholas Kaess is the designer I worked with and I have to tell you I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. He was also able to put together a great team of affiliate contractors that he deals with on a daily basis to handle my project from start to finish. He also designed a gorgeous TV Wall for me. I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Kitchen Design and Nicholas Kaess for your one stop shop for your home needs.

So, if you listen...to...her, you'll get something more spectacular than you could have ever imagined. I showed her photos and videos of what I love/like/my personal taste; each room turned out seamlessly perfect in every way--beautiful, functional- -absolutely sensational. Also, she has your back with everyone involved in your project every step of the way. For those who get stuck on her fee, just don't...she is worth every penny! She presented me with optional layouts for each room to be renovated. Our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, laundry room and powder room were all completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. She also helped me choose all the lighting not only in the rooms she remodeled, but in our entire home doing exactly what I needed from her...she didn't let me make any mistakes. I can't begin to say how thankful I am. Our home is gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier. Words cannot describe what a breathtaking home Barbara created for us. We started with a simple renovation that, due to the state of our existing structure, became an entire rebuild that took much longer than anticipated..Barbara not only made the process bearable, but I'll say this... I wouldn't have maintained my sanity without her. Photographs of our home will be on her website soon, she and her photographer were here last week executing the shoot, so I can't wait to see the photos! Working with Barbara was a true pleasure.

She listens to what is important to you, takes into account your space and inspirations/tastes and works with you to create a beautiful collaborative masterpiece. We had a vision of what we wanted for our master bathroom with some pinterest pictures to give a sense of what we were looking for (arches, dark cabinets etc.). She took those inspirations and made our own unique version of it that works beautifully in our space. My husband and I always appreciate Barbara's honesty as it is very important to us to have not only a style that reflects us but that is also timeless and elegant. We trust her talent and her expertise fully. What is great is that Barbara is open to collaboration and will work with you if that is a style of work you want. But she can also take your hand step by step along the entire way and guide. you if you have no clue what you like! So if you want a pretty seamless experience with someone who has your best interest in mind and is with you along the entire process (measuring, design, choosing tiles, fixtures, knobs/pulls, cabinets, countertop, following up during construction, recommending and finding contractors etc.) then look no further than The Place for Kitchens and Baths. We look forward to more collaborative projects with her in our home!

Never been treated so rudely in our lives! She kept saying how wonderful their "service" was, but couldn't be bothered to come to our actual condo, see it and discuss what we wanted and take measurements! That isn't our idea of "service"! A very, very unpleasant experience! It wasn't as if we couldn't afford anything they came up with; it's just that we had already received other estimates and theirs was so ridiculous, it was laughable. We ended up finding a contractor named AGA Kitchens which did an incredible job, addressing every concern that arose immediately ! He wasn't " cheap" but he was worth every penny! He did an incredible, incredible job, creating a stunning kitchen! As for Boca Kitchens and Baths? We wouldn't do business with them if you paid us after the incredibly rude way in which we were treated! We found the behavior of their sales associates to be incredibly unprofessional.

I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.
