This is probably one of the best companies I have ever worked with here in South Florida. From the…read morebeginning with the sales rep, the customer service and installation, the service was beyond. Amazing! This is a company that if you could give 10 stars I would. What makes this company stand out more than any other is that they do not take a deposit or get paid until the job is 100% completed and inspected. This company also offers a product that from the street you can barely see it as it stacks quite thin as you'll see in a picture that I am going to post. Guardian offered the best rate out of the three estimates we received, and the quality of their product along with the customer service was beyond our expectations. I have never done this before but if you have any questions from a customer perspective, feel free to message me.

My wife and I purchased a condo in Vero Beach, FL last year and want to have the three bathrooms…read moreredone. I reached out the ABS and a rep named Stefan came to our place and we reviewed all that we wanted to do. He promised to provide a proposal and some layout ideas in a week or so as it was near Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving I reached out to him and he told me he was "working on it" and would get back to me by the end of the week. The week ended and I waited until early the following week to reach out to him but I never heard back. I called the company and the person who answered told me the system showed he had sent the proposal - well I never got it. I made it clear that I had not gotten it and that I was frustrated that Stefan had basically ghosted me. The person I spoke to assured me she would email the sales manager and I said "And you'll CC me on that email so I know you did?" The person didn't seem to understand what I meant and she repeated that she would email the sales manager and this time I said, "And you'll include me on that email?" to which she replied she was unable to do that. I told her how ridiculous that as and say goodbye. Now, surprisingly, that evening I got a call from Michael the sales manager who told me that Stefan had a family issue and needed to take a leave of absence but that he would take over the project. I emailed him scaled drawings of our bathrooms along with photos and suggested that he could put together some layout ideas and a proposal based on that along with whatever information Stefan had put in to their system. Well, none of that ever materialized but my wife and I did visit their showroom and meet with Michael to, in theory, finalize some ideas and get a proposal. However, he was ill prepared, seeming to have not looked at the drawings I had sent him. And not surprisingly we never heard back from him despite one last email asking if he was still interested in the project. So either our project was to big for them or they are just incompetent.

As transplants from New York, we are used to a certain quality of service and value. We were…read morecertainly fortunate when we discovered SOLUN. Joseph, the owner and installer, was extremely helpful with his ideas and the choices available to us. We replaced most of the window treatments so we did have some decisions to make. He explained the difference in the quality of the plantation shutters and which would give us the best longevity and value for our money. The order arrived within the time frame that Joseph had said and we were not disappointed. Our four (4) doors in the Living Room look spectacular as do all the windows. We are so happy that we placed an additional order to have our Dining Room window treatments replaced as well. Thank you Joseph for a job well done!

I have been trying to purchase from Expo since June. it's now August and the experience has been…read morefrustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. On my second visit, I chose the Serene Stone slab they had in stock. Diego and a female staff member told me it was $1,500 per slab, but since they only had one slab in store and couldn't do anything with just one, they would give me that slab for free and simply order the second. This was confirmed in person by two staff members. Sheridan, my main contact (who wasn't there that day) -- has been pleasant but extremely slow to follow up. It took over a month of him saying he would send the invoice before I finally received it. When it arrived, it was almost $6,000 . They're now charging me for both slabs, including the one I was promised for free. When I confronted them with the screenshots from my texts with both Sheridan and Diego where I clearly referenced the free slab agreement a month ago and no one corrected me instead of taking responsibility, they accused me of being a "bad customer" and said I was "confused." This feels like a bait and switch: promise one thing to close the sale, then deny it later, insult the customer, and hope they pay up. Unprofessional, dishonest, and I strongly caution anyone from doing business here
