He stated some are better than the others for durability like Nucore & Durolux and still need to see the different ones that are offered . The one I was choosing was less expensive and happened to match better but when I tried the sample at home it did scratch easily with a flathead(I did as an experiment) as he had previously mentioned. He said not to drag furniture or anything that may scratch it. He said I needed a blue bottom cover for the floor underneath but u are if I actually need it . I decided to head back the next day and exchange the one I had with the one that was more durable to last longer since it would not be warrantied if any scratches were to occur. I also purchased a tool to install it if needed . I wanted to purchase and match a marble piece that I already have in the area going into the other rooms. He took me to the area and we picked a piece out. Additionally, I had the transition piece to match. He loaded the car for me. When I returned the next day it was busier. Another guy assisted me but was told to go to another customer and someone else helped me. He took the ones I purchased out of the car but there was a bit of a delay at the registers when I returned because customers were also returning and purchasing. I will more than likely have someone install it even though I do like to learn DIY .

I would not recommend this store. I'm a senior citizen and have redecorated numerous times over the…read moreyears and never dealt with a store like this. I was renovating two apartments with my son and purchased over $22,000.00 worth of tile for bathrooms and floors . first I was told they would ship directly to the apartments in New York. Weeks after I paid for all the products, I was then told that the shipping fee was $5000. After much fighting with them, they lowered the price to $1200 which was still not what I was originally told. When I purchased the tile, the sales person took pictures of each bathroom showing the shower tile, the shower floor tile and the bathroom floor tile. When the tile arrived, one bathroom had the wrong tile. I called ProSource immediately and told them and they told me that the numbers on the order form matched what was sent to me. I sent them the picture that the sales person gave me which of course was different from the tile that was delivered. Instead of working with me, the manager told me they cannot help me because even though the sales person might have written the wrong numbers down on the order form, the tile delivered matched the order form and therefore they will not stand behind it. Also, the sales person no longer works there so they can't ask her anything. I am now stuck with approximately $8000.00 worth of tile that is ugly and will not be used. I explained to them that the order form does not show pictures of the tile and that's why my salesperson gave me pictures of what was ordered. How was I, the client supposed to know that the numbers on the order form did not match the tiles that I picked out and thought I was ordering. By the way, I was with my Decorator at the time and she is enraged at what has transpired. She will no longer recommend ProSource to her clients because of this situation. She has contacted ProSource as well and has not gotten any assistance. ProSource is not a store to frequent if you want to work with people who are knowledgeable and are customer service oriented. The experience I had at ProSource is probably one of the worst if not the worst experiences I've had when buying home decor. I only went to ProSource because of my Decorator, who was present the entire time and will never go there again.

I went there looking for a remnant and they showed me many pieces (Even though it was 100 degrees outside). Kalel called my attention to a piece I absolutely loved. They came to my house to measure the next day using using a laser measurement tool and returned to install the pieces in just a few days. Amazing turnaround time! Great price, too. The best part? They treated me like a valued customer even though I was only buying a remnant.

I think we ended up checking them out because they were open on a Sunday and we were pleasantly surprised! There was a nice variety of product and the service was excellent. I don't remember the name of our salesperson, only that I was amazed that he was still in high school but so poised and knowledgeable about countertops! We decided on a quartzite slab for our kitchen and got a very reasonable price. Half Price Countertops cuts, fabricates, and installs the slab. We had to wait for our cabinets to be installed first, but as soon as they were done we called, and Half Price Countertops was immediately ready to start the installation process. They did a beautiful job and the kitchen counters look amazing! We did have one small glitch where our dishwasher did not fit after installation. We called the company and spoke to the owner. He said he wanted to make sure we were completely happy and within a couple of days someone was there to fix the issue.
