3/17/21 From our entrance to our exit today, MSI was first class all the way. The information that was requested, we provided online and was pertinent and necessary for good record keeping. The Covid questions were thorough. The two Sales Representatives, Grasielle and Marissa, were very cordial and helpful. The showroom was outstanding, including stone for kitchen countertops, backsplash tile, and amazing flooring. We have just started our search for stone countertops, so will be going to back to MSI for more consultation and discussion. Terrey Moss was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.... from the very first phone call conversation I had with her a couple of weeks ago to my on site visit to the MSI facility there in Deerfield Beach, FL on January 6, 2022. When I described the materials and styles I was looking for initially over the phone, she was spot on with recommending and suggesting other options I was unaware. I knew from speaking to her that she knew exactly what she was talking about and was very knowledgeable of the industry. Beautiful wide-open showroom with hundreds of choices in tile, porcelain, granite, quartz, etc. Staff members were all masked and there was a questionnaire and check-in before entering. And several hand sanitizer stations were throughout the showroom - felt very safe. Was able to choose all countertops, shower tile, flooring, and backsplash tiles all at MSI - saved time and minimized running a round looking for just the right finishes. read more

It's been a long time since I renovated my home and my starting point was home depot. Good start, but nothing like my experience this week at MSI. Especially given the Covid circumstances I wasn't sure what to expect as I heard that I needed an appointment. Theresa Moss was our contact. We spoke on the phone explaining that I already had my fabricator, Granite and Marble, and we had chosen our backsplash. My boyfriend and I just needed to see it against the new granite countertop. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted with care, friendliness, and professionalism. We found granite that we liked, but they couldn't give us a price. We wanted to look at the slabs before purchasing it. They said we could only see 2 slabs. they had four different lot numbers with five slabs or more which we needed, but we only could see two. We wind up going to another place. They gave us a price and let us pick out each slab. MSI is not customer friendly. read more

I am a contractor and this Deerfield Beach distribution center is the worse, it look like they are not connected between calling and distribution center. One told me materials are ready and when I send my truck to pick it up most of the time is not there, last time they told me "they gave away my materials to someone else" so to pick up an order will take up to 2 or 3 trips from my office in Treasure Coast, they never had taken under consideration about my expenses on these trips. Not to mention when order is for delivery, never shows up until a month or so and you need to call constantly for them to deliver the material. But no whatsoever take on consideration about my expenses on these trips. I gave then 1 start because it doesn't allow to posted but they deserve 0 starts. read more

This is an amazing source for all styles of stone and tile. There is an immense selection of slabs from marble to granite and now to thicker porcelain that can easily be used for Kitchens. As an Interior Designer, I took my clients there and was extremely impressed by the choices. In fact we ended up selection a new product: 2CM thick porcelain for our kitchen...amazing! I felt that the total the operation was clean and very professional and our saleslady Stefanie knew the products and was able to give us the pros-and-cons for each material. I have been an MSI customer for a couple of home renovation projects over the last couple of years, that required interior and exterior stone ledger. I can't say enough good things about this company. First, I love their products; they have such a wide variety of stone choices. All are so beautiful, it actually was a challenge picking amongst so many. But, thanks to the diversity of choice, we were able find a great interior stone (Philadelphia) and narrow down a stone choice (Amber Falls) that was perfect for our exterior home facade, and would match the slightly off-color of our Florida barrel roof tile. I have also found the quality of their stone to be top notch, with solid assembly, consistency across pieces, and great packaging, and diligent bundling/shipping. Second, the MSI showroom in Deerfield Beach is fantastic, and the displays do their beautiful stone justice. Third, and most important... phenomenal customer service. I have been working over the years with David Harris and Jonathan Schettini who have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me. There was not a problem or issue they could not resolve or help me find a solution with. From finding the stone I needed, or the corner pieces, or finding a matching lot if I needed more, these guys are relentless and get it done. I'm just a homeowner and even though they're not technically a retail center, they treat you like you're the biggest or most important client. This is the place to go for all of your stone needs and if you want the most dedicated and knowledgeable staff to assist you. Will post pics when projects are finally done! Worked with Manny who walked us around the warehouse to find the actual granite and ledge stone we had selected from a catalog - when we realized our choices were not compatible- Manny helped us pick new options that fit not only our style aesthetic but also our budget and made sure that product was put aside for our project. Yesterday was at MSI in Deerfield beach. First going into the showroom I felt totally safe as they had me fill out a questionnaire took my temp and everyone in the showroom had masks on. MS International has a great set up, excellent quality products, and courteous salespeople. However, the fact that they won't tell you even approximate prices, makes it very very difficult to shop, if not impossible. The way they operate is for you to select items. They then price the items and send it to your contractor, who in turn has to communicate it to you. I understand the business arrangement. But if you cannot tell whether something is in the 0 - 5 dollar range, or 5 - 10, or 10 - 15, per square foot, you cannot conveniently plan your project within a budget. You have to go multiple times after getting the price from your contractor and finding out that you were way off your budget. read more
