The work that was partially completed was of very poor quality. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by Boris Bondarenko. This has been a costly, stressful, horrible experience, and I would not wish it upon anyone else. ANSWER: I respect your employees. I said thank you, paid for the "job" and gave them a $100 tip. They are simply unprofessional and do not have the proper equipment. You must respect them and train them before sending them to the customer. The equipment they use in my home is scratching my NEW marble floor. I spent money and time. By the way, other companies see your work and say that you did the same thing in other places. So, I only provide reviews so that people can see an actual photo of your work from a real client.

We built a great working relationship over 18 months between my kitchen and the bathroom projects. I went back to them because I realize when I'm getting great value for professional workmanship. Thanks to CK Cabinets, my entire home is now full of high-end soft-close walnut veneer and flat black cabinetry-all with ingenious space saving interior shelving solutions. Under the direction of Eduardo, CK Cabinet's carpenters, installers, and countertop fabricators proved themselves experienced craftsmen that pay close attention to detail. So after giving me exactly what I wanted on my kitchen, I of course went back to them for my bathrooms and beverage bar! Additionally, Ryan in the front office is very friendly, accommodating, and communicated effectively to get my project done on time and budget. If you need a kitchen or bath solution in Broward or Palm Beach County, I strongly recommend you check out Creative Kitchen Cabinets!

We had our kitchen redone by Creative Kitchens a few years ago, after experiencing a mold issue. I…read morethought it was important to chronicle all of the issues we have experienced since their installation: Soon after the installation, the under cabinet lights stopped working. Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Finally had to pay a handyman quite a bit of money to fix the lights. The kitchen sink started leaking underneath. The person who repaired it said that the sink was installed improperly. The leak was especially upsetting to us, after we had experienced the mold issue due to a leak prior to the kitchen being remodeled. One of the drawers does not always close or reopen properly. Again, Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Several of the cabinets are not aligned properly. Again, Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Most recently, we experienced a leaky hose in our dishwasher. The repairman was unable to move the dishwasher in order to access the hose. It was later determined that this was due to Creative Kitchens installing the dishwasher on top of wet cement. It had to be detached with a drill. I would stay clear of Creative Kitchens based upon the above. Not only is their work substandard, but they do no stand behind it.

Last summer, Daniel helped us complete a bathroom remodel by providing stunning Calacatta marble countertops. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Daniel personally came to take measurements, listened carefully to our vision, and gave us a fair and transparent estimate. Within a week, the countertops were delivered and installed with professionalism and precision. This summer, we returned to Dali for an office update and needed a quartz countertop. Once again, Daniel came out promptly, took detailed measurements, and brought samples to help us choose the perfect fit. He kept us informed on the day of installation and made sure everything went seamlessly. Dali Home Design is now our go-to for all countertop needs. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. I am an avid DYIer with extensive tiling experience and equipment, but I am glad that we elected to hire DL Flooring professionals for this job, because of the size, weight, and material of the marble. When we have another large area tiling job, they will be the company we hire, without reservation.
